Content good, application has many errors
The content was good and well-organized. Where the content was incorrect, it was difficult to get support to care. There were so many errors in layout that Chat asked to submit via email only. I finished the course in 86 hours and had to kill 14 more hours to be able to take the final exam.

Regarding the course timing, Utah requires students to spend a minimum of 100 hours in the 120-hour Pre-Licensing course before they are eligible to take the final exam. Because this is a state requirement, all education providers must enforce it, even if a student is able to work through the material more quickly. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best as you move forward in your real estate career.

This is such a scam! Their system does not register all the practice tests correctly but freezes on you.
I bought the prep exam test as I am already a licensed agent in another state. The prep material and practice exams through the CE shop are a joke. They do not correlate at all to what is actually on the test. And the practice exams kept freezing on me. So after I called to get a refund since I failed the state test, of course, they would not honor the refund as they said I was one practice exam short yet, I can show that I took that test multiple times and passed with an 80% or higher but their system does not record all the practice exams, it just freezes. Save your money and use another company for testing material. They will not stand behind their modules. And to top this all off, the first time I took the test using no study guides, I just missed the 70%. I did worst on the test using CE's practice exams!!!

Regarding the exam content, the practice exams are designed to pull from the same pool of approximately 1,000 possible questions as the licensing exam. If there were specific topics you encountered on the state exam that you feel were not covered in the Exam Prep Edge study materials, we'd be happy to escalate those details to our Curriculum team for review. I was only a few days out of my expiration, it’s been a year with caring for family a death in the family. I planned this the class that day, and I did. I’ve spent a lot of money over the years and ask for one small extension. No customer service on this.
