Because state licensing agencies establish the required topics and seat-time requirements, all approved providers must cover the same core content, regardless of a student's experience level. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the course content valuable, and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed by the need to purchase an extension. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions agreed to during enrollment, this course includes six months of access. When your original access period ended, we automatically applied a complimentary 30-day extension to provide additional time to finish your course. After that, the state allows access to be extended for up to one year from the original purchase date through 30-day extension options. Our records show the only time we heard from you was when you contacted us to ask about your course's expiration time. Had we known you were concerned about needing additional time, we would have been happy to review the available options with you before the extension was purchased. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to better communicate those options to students in the future.
