I purchased real estate course for PA more than a month ago, but I was never able to log in the system due to health issues I had, plus my wife found a better job so we decided to move to the different state. I never even clicked on “ open course”. I couldn’t reach them out in 30 days for a refund because everything was just so messy. They can check that I didn’t stay in their website for 1 minute after my purchase. Today I reached them out explaining the situation and this live agent probably felt bad and said he would contact the leadership team for me. They rejected my refund request saying I’m not eligible. I understand that rule is rule, however there are different circumstances in this case which I didn’t do intentionally. I was in bad condition and you telling me I’m not “eligible”? If I spent some time in your website, started course and its been a while, then fine whatever. But my progress is not even 0% because i didn’t open the course yet. There should be reason for this…. Not everything is money tho! do not be so greedy. This review will stay until I get my refund.

While we understand that many students have personal circumstances that affect their ability to complete a course or request a refund, we have to apply the same policy fairly to everyone. During your chat with us, you explained that you had simply been too busy to request the refund within the 30-day refund period. Unfortunately, many students have legitimate reasons for missing that deadline, and making exceptions based on individual circumstances would mean applying the policy inconsistently. Although we were unable to approve a refund, we did offer to work with you by swapping your Pennsylvania course for a course in the state you are moving to so you could still use your enrollment toward your licensing goals. While we know this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, our goal is to apply our policies fairly while also looking for ways to help students make the most of their purchase whenever possible.
