I feel there is so much useless information, such as, how many sprinklers can be changed in a high rise condominium. That is important information for a property manager, not a realtor.

All the materials are spot on. But it took more than 4 hours for 4 credits classes and 4 hours for 3 credits classes. Most of us don’t have time to complete 18 hours classes straight. It took me 5 days to completely finished the 18 hours credits.
