I do like the courses that CE Shop offers. The last course I took had questions at the end of the section on the exam that weren't covered in the course. That is not right when giving a test.

DPOR is not showing credit for my classes I took and 8/6. As of 8/10, they have only received a record of 1 of the 3 classes I took. I also took classes the same day with Moseley (a lot cheaper) and by 8/8 my classes were credited on DPOR. This is affecting my business. So with the costs and later reporting, I cannot recommend CE shop.

The course you completed earlier that day was included in our reporting batch on August 6, and the remaining two courses were pulled for reporting on August 7. As our team has explained during your recent calls, once a course has been pulled for reporting, it can take the state up to 72 business hours to process and reflect the credit in their system. While we submit completions promptly, we do not have control over the state's processing times or why some course completions appear sooner than others. At this time, all three of your course completions are still within the state's 72-business-hour processing window. We appreciate your patience as the state completes its processing, and we're happy to assist if your credits have not appeared after that timeframe has passed.

The CE SHOP program allows you to go at your own pace and revisit any and all information as many times as you want from the comfort of your home. (Frequently, i searched online to better understand details that were unclear to me or when it seemed I was expected to have a background knowledge in order to grasp a definition.) The quizzes throughout further cement understanding and memory of concepts. I especially appreciated the exam prep which is a very organized and thorough study tool testing you as you work through the sections with a final practice test at the end (that can be taken as many times as needed). I have not yet taken the AZ Licensing test, so I can’t speak to how well it prepares for that. But I suspect the key will be having a real understanding of definitions and formulas versus a cursory memorization so that knowledge can be applied when questions are asked in “tricky” ways.
