So. I tried to log back on and start finishing my courses.
Due to the fact I have a family devastating tragedy of my Dad/Best Friend being killed I was very tramatized and took a sebatical and obviously had to handle all of my Dads and everything on my Dads life was on me. Not having much time to even get to grieve over the devastating loss of my Best Friend.
But the school wont allow me to continue my courses and have compassion of my situation.
But hey they keep my money and I am out of class. Thats some free money for them.
I am doing the best I can also being a single mom of a disabled child.
Horrible taking money from others.

Easy to use testing. I have learned a lot.
They threw in just a smidge of humor now and again to keep it interesting.
Very easy to sign up and they send the certificate directly to the licensing board. So once you are done with the test within 24 hours you get to credit.
Highly recommend!

There many times the information contradicts itself and the proctor testing at the end was an absolute disaster for me. I was disconnected 4 times.

This is one of the worst user experiences I've had with an online education platform.
This is one of the worst user experiences I've had with an online education platform.
The dashboard design is unbelievably poor. Courses that expired years ago are permanently displayed at the top under "Action Required," while my current courses are pushed further down the page. Every time I log in, I'm greeted with outdated, irrelevant courses instead of the ones I'm actually taking.
What's even more frustrating is that there is no option to hide, archive, or remove expired courses from my dashboard. This is such a basic feature that virtually every modern learning platform offers, yet The CE Shop somehow still doesn't.
To make matters worse, something this simple requires contacting customer support instead of allowing users to manage their own account. Customers shouldn't have to waste time asking support to clean up a dashboard that they should be able to organize themselves.
The platform feels outdated, cluttered, and poorly designed. It seems like very little thought has gone into the actual user experience after the purchase is made.
If you're going to charge premium prices for continuing education, at least invest in a modern dashboard and basic account management features. Until then, I cannot recommend The CE Shop.

We understand, however, that once those courses are no longer relevant to your goals, having them remain so prominently displayed can make it more difficult to quickly find your active coursework.
