The sets didn't fit both top and bottom, but when I sent a message to customer service, I got a quick response and they resolved my return/exchange quickly!
Two items fit, one did not. I go on to do a return. I get this message I can’t do so until the entire order is received. The entire order was received in one package ! Won’t email me back after 3 emails! There’s a timeline here !! Buyer beware. So many other places to go. Buy elsewhere! Update: Commense did finally get back to me regarding a return but not until I posted here in TrustPilot. I actually put a negative review for the merchandise but I see they didn’t post it on their site. This, you cannot truly trust the reviews on their site. They screen them and leave a negative sprinkled in.

My sister found COMMENSE through an advertisement and I was skeptical at first but have a vacation coming up, so I placed an order first. I was very happy with the quality of all the items I purchased, but I did change sizes on a couple items based on reviews and I wish I hadn’t. Go with the measurements listed for each item rather than reviews alone. I’m typically a size small and everything I ordered in small fits perfectly, the things I sized up on are looser than I’d like. Also shipping was fast…exactly 1 week from day of purchase to delivery. Very pleased overall after washing everything and can’t wait to wear my COMMENSE haul on vacation!

At first I was impressed with the quality of the product, and then I ordered more items but to my dismay the materials and fabric used were cheap and of poor quality. Their size is a bit off. I noticed the dresses are sized for tall people and the sleeves are way too long. The wool sweaters that I ordered supposedly should be thick just like the item being modeled but were made of very thin wool. It’s not worth your money. They appear to be high quality but not so. They’re not going to tell you their items are made in China.

I love Commense! Their clothes are excellent quality, and very stylish, I was worried the first time I ordered with them because with a lot of online store, what you see is not what you get! This is not the case with Commense! You get high quality and a great price. They are also very helpful with returns, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.
