Returns policy needs some work
The clothes are good quality and well made / the quality is slightly better than UK high Street Stores. However the return policy is either store credit or a partial cash refund once you return the items at your expense. Please be advised as this right down the bottom of their return policy but if you accept the store credit your next purchase with them the sale is final. Meaning you cannot return or exchange anything from that order.

This is the first time I ordered from commence and was actually pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items I received. I also had to contact customer service and they were amazing. I will definitely be a return customer
Customer service is disgraceful
Customer service is disgraceful. They couldn't care less about our legal rights and enforce returns at our cost when the clothes are nothing like they are pictured!! This is fraudulent advertising. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I will write a review every day until I get my full refund plus postage. You won't get away with treating customers like this. And don't believe their replies. They take weeks to get back to you with bot written email responses. The return address in the UK is an apartment in Newcastle with a Chinese woman's name! Wish me luck getting a refund. Until tomorrow!!!

A. I have been loving all my pieces from Commense, I got the cutest striped romper it just happened to be too big. They handled my refund swiftly and professionally and I was able to use credit to get a smaller size bec like I said loved the romper was just too big. Also they are professional and quick. Highly recommend. I actually wore something else from them to a all white event and got soooo many compliments on it.
