First time ordering
First time ordering. I didn’t want any of the items , 1 zip was stiff to open . I requested a return. They asked for a video of zip, I submitted but there wasn’t an option to submit so I replied to the email, no response in 2 days. I go on holiday today so now can’t post it, have written to customer services 3 times asking for a returns and no response . My friend units from this company and recommended them so I am disappointed so far at the lack of communication for returning

Just another fast-fashion rip-off scam
While the products arrive (after lengthy wait times), the products are variable for quality and accuracy of what is being sold. Sizes vary significantly compared to what is stated, the quality ranges from decent to dismal, and if the products are not as promised you are still forced to take either store credit or to get a proper refund you must pay out of pocket to return the awful products, even though it is the fault of the store to be inaccurately representing their products. If given store credit, you are no longer able to apply the common 15% off code at the same time so are ultimately forced to pay full price which nullifies the purpose of the store credit. Communication is typically slow and ranges in helpfulness. I would compare this store to SHEIN and other fast-fashion that is not worth full price or the headache of <50% of the products actually being worth keeping.

I needed to exchange one item for a bigger size, and the return process was very smooth. I've been purchasing from Commense for years, having placed 5 orders in the last three years. Their clothing is so nice, I love the quality of everything I've gotten. Each experience has been positive, as I've received what I ordered in a timely manner without issue. My most recent order was the first time I ever needed to return something, and I was offered multiple options to make the process easier. The instructions were clear and I had time to make my decision. This reaffirms my trust that Commense is a brand to continue purchasing from.

I love the clothes i have gotten, i live in mexico and shipping takes about a week and change. I have had amazing costumer service when i need to return something that did not fit. Clothes are of amazing quality, sizes xs are indeed extra small! So if you’re doubtful take small!

Updated: Customer service closed my new enquiry ticket few days back and also stopped replying my emails until I left this review So stop lying by saying you are committed. Original review below ——- Paid for express delivery but customer service was slow to reply and item was delivered late. 6th day from the day I ordered. Extremely Rude customer service from Blue and Felicity. Clothes from commense often requires alteration and some are made of pretty bad quality, especially for the price paid. I have pieces where the colour also fade dramatically after 1 wash. Save yourself the headache and hassle from by buying from a more credible brand or a physical shop. You will get to try the clothes and receive better service. None of my friends buy from commense and now I know why
