It was amazing and the product was such high quality
I got a custom pendant but asked if i could switch the picture, they did not want to help me in any way, so i trusted them and purchased a new one , the first one came in and did not fit on my chain, I bought the medium size and it came in as if its a small, so i contacted again and asked if they could just make the loop on the other one bigger before i received it so my chain could fit through, real easy process, they did not have to mess with the picture area . worse communication ever and did not want to help me at all again!
