Amazing customer service, im not sure if its fwb specific or the general customer service, but i have contacted them a couple times for things and always got a solution better than what i expected, which has never been the case with any other brand. In terms of quatlity of the items, so far everything i got has been great. I love every item i have from years ago until now. There are items that i would not buy, but its easy to see on the photos and the material description beforehand, how the item will be.
Bought a reformation allium dress for $100 on poshmark and even that felt too expensive for the quality of the dress I got. Glad I never wasted money on reformation at full price because of all of the negative comments on reddit.
They need to fix the returns/exchange process: * They forced me to create an account to return. There is a button to proceed without an account, but it doesn't work, so you're still forced. * If you bought a Long, you have to exchange for a different size Long. Regular should also be an option. Because of this we had to return and re-buy. * We returned and selected store credit, but they forced me to enter a credit card number to proceed, even though I wasn't paying any $. I've never seen this before. * You can't reach a person on chat to save your life. The entire process was very sneaky and one sided, making sure Reformation captures your email and credit card, while creating a total hassle for the customer.

As a loyal customer and lover of the clothing it is amazing to know our environment friendly Reformation operates but also cares and appreciates its customers. The quality at Reformation has declined dramatically. I have clothing by them from 10 years ago that has held up well, meanwhile, things I’ve bought just this year appear worn out after a single wear/wash. So disappointing, especially given the price point.
Cynthia at the Cabazon location is outstanding: she went over and beyond to help me locate and order an item that was in stock at the Santa Monica store. She called them several times to make sure they call me to send me the item I needed for an event this Saturday. Even though they never called me (1 star for the Santa Monica location), Cynthia’s help was definitely top-notch! I ended up finding the item at the Beverly Hills store: Delaney and Katrine were outstanding as well.
