Reformation began by selling vintage clothing out of a small Los Angeles storefront in 2009. We quickly expanded into making our own stuff, with a focus on sustainability. Today, we make effortless silhouettes that celebrate the feminine figure and pioneer sustainable practices, focusing on people and progress each step of the way.

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the attractive clothing styles and note that the store staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly during visits. Many people also appreciate the prompt assistance, easy shopping process, and overall pleasant atmosphere found in the stores.
However, some customers also noted that the clothing quality can be quite inconsistent, with fabrics sometimes feeling cheap, shrinking, or wearing out quickly after washing. A few other people also felt that the prices are simply too high for the actual materials and construction used in the pieces. Additionally, shoppers mentioned occasional sizing discrepancies and difficulties with returns or exchanges.

Polyester garbage disguised as “sustainable”. My experience in store was HORRIFIC. The changing rooms are disgustingly dirty and the items I tried on were used and covered in marks. Someone’s previously tried on items were also strewn about the room, including a pair of shoes.
I went in looking for a top to go with a skirt I had purchased. Along the way I found so many items that I absolutely fell in love with. The staff were so helpful with getting me the right sizes and also recommending me pieces that matched my style. LOVED my experience here overall.
Reformation is an excellent brand that is more pricy but always very original and of high quality. I love all the products I bought. Their clothes are feminine and often very simple and seemingly basic but very refined.
The mobile Internet ux experience isn't great. The images don't load when I select other colors and everything is too small. It keeps me from shopping on my phone which is where I complete most of my shopping transactions.
I am extremely disappointed with this brand. I visited your San Francisco store three different times fully intending to make a purchase, and every single time I walked out empty-handed because of the staff’s attitude.
The sales associates were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed whenever I asked a simple question about sizes, colors, or fabrics. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by asking for assistance. There was no warmth, no willingness to help, and absolutely no customer service.
For a brand that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers expect knowledgeable and welcoming staff, not employees who make them feel unwelcome.
After three disappointing visits, it’s clear this wasn’t an isolated incident but a recurring problem. It’s a shame because I liked the products, but the poor attitude of the sales associates completely discouraged me from buying anything.
I sincerely hope the brand takes customer service more seriously because the experience in this store falls far below the standards a luxury brand should deliver.
I love reformation. Genuinely I love the styles that they put out. Half of my closet is their product. However; the price you pay for the material and construction of the pieces are not worth it. I’ve lost a few favorites from washing it as the tag directs. The cashmere is cheap and so itchy and the viscose is a nightmare fabric. I’ve recently tried to stay as far away from it as possible because it’s such an unpleasant fabric to own. If you don’t have the money to throw away, this isn’t the store for you.
Customer service has been helpful for me when I’ve needed them and their in store reps are sooo nice.
