Great experience and Quick Shipping
The website is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Information on the items are clear. Unbelievable quick turn around for shipping every time! Love that no
Reformation began by selling vintage clothing out of a small Los Angeles storefront in 2009. We quickly expanded into making our own stuff, with a focus on sustainability. Today, we make effortless silhouettes that celebrate the feminine figure and pioneer sustainable practices, focusing on people and progress each step of the way.

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the attractive clothing styles and note that the store staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly during visits. Many people also appreciate the prompt assistance, easy shopping process, and overall pleasant atmosphere found in the stores. However, some customers also noted that the clothing quality can be quite inconsistent, with fabrics sometimes feeling cheap, shrinking, or wearing out quickly after washing. A few other people also felt that the prices are simply too high for the actual materials and construction used in the pieces. Additionally, shoppers mentioned occasional sizing discrepancies and difficulties with returns or exchanges.

Employees were fast to help and very friendly.
Love the style of their clothing but can’t say the quality is very good. I got two knitted tops from reformation and both of them got holes in it after one wear. For the prices they are charging, it’s quite disappointing
The quality of the skirt is great but the other items fabric quality were average comparing to the price is high
Lovely dress arrived on time. Perfect fit and birthday present for my daughter!
great customer service. love all the clothing
Customer service was little to none, and the little I received was rude and standoffish.
I love their dresses. My only complaint is i bought a silk dress in store and it was wrinkled and they did not offer to steam it because they throw into a bag and not give to you in garmet bag. I know the company claims to be eco friendly but the tag says made in china, yet the dresses are $300+ and i should not have to pay more money at dry cleaner to have it pressed.
Online shopping and returns are efficient and easy. Love in store shopping experience. iPad system and personal attention are excellent
The dress I ordered was beautiful but did not fit my shape very well. The return was made so easy and convienent.
I really like the customer service and the clothes are superb
Not everyone is tall, slim! You models should demonstrate more versatile shapes ( actual curves and sizes) so one can see oneself in your selected outfits
You don’t accept cash in store. But apart from that great experience
I never got a reply back from my inquiry but immediately got a prompt asking for me to review my customer care, and now follow ups.
I love reformations clothes, amazing tank top and just the perfect dresses for weddings. Plus absolutely adore the in store shopping experience with the smart dressing rooms
It's truly disappointing that my favorite clothing brand, which markets itself as a premium, luxury-inspired brand, pays so little attention to the in-store customer experience. The clothing is beautiful, but the people working in the stores completely undermine the brand. The staff is consistently unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times even hostile. Instead of making customers feel valued, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. For a brand that charges premium prices and promotes a luxury image, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. A great shopping experience is about more than just the product—it's about how customers are treated. Reformation has done an excellent job building a desirable brand, but it needs to invest just as much in the people representing it in its stores.
I love shipping at reformation! They have the fastest shipping and great customer service
I love browsing your website, but it would be incredibly helpful if you added a customer reviews or star-rating section to your product pages.Having real-time feedback on sizing accuracy, fabric feel, and overall fit from other shoppers would make it much easier to confidently choose the right pieces
Love everything about the way this experience is. Someone helps you pull looks, it all just appears in a closet in your dressing room, it’s amazing.
