About this business

Reformation began by selling vintage clothing out of a small Los Angeles storefront in 2009. We quickly expanded into making our own stuff, with a focus on sustainability. Today, we make effortless silhouettes that celebrate the feminine figure and pioneer sustainable practices, focusing on people and progress each step of the way.

5 Stars for Reformation

I've shopped at Reformation for years, and it continues to be one of my favorite brands. Every experience in-store has been consistently exceptional. The team is genuinely welcoming, they greet you when you walk in, check in thoughtfully while you're trying on clothes, and are always patient, attentive, and happy to help without ever being pushy. It feels like personalized service, which keeps me coming back. Beyond the customer experience, Reformation has truly found its niche in fashion. Their pieces strike a balance that's surprisingly hard to find, timeless yet modern, elevated yet effortless. I love that I can build so much of my wardrobe here, from everyday jeans and tops to tailored pants, matching sets, beautiful dresses, and outfits for special occasions. Their designs have an understated sophistication with just the right amount of personality, making them feel current without chasing trends. Reformation has created a brand that's both stylish and wearable, and that's what sets them apart. The quality, fit, and versatility keep me coming back season after season. It's one of the few stores where I know I'll always find pieces that make me feel confident and put together.

Unacceptable customer service and restrictive account warnings

I am incredibly disappointed with how my recent order was handled. There's one preorder dress, which unfortunately went missing from my delivery. While a refund was eventually issued because the item couldn't be reshipped, the communication from support was completely unacceptable. Despite being a frequent shopper and a Friends with Benefits VIP member(I spent thousands of dollor monthly cuz I love this brand design). I received a restrictive warning from the support team stating that any future lost packages to my address would not be refunded. Punishing a loyal customer and placing flags on an account for a delivery failure completely outside of my control is an incredibly poor business practice. This is a joke.

Excellent customer service and cute…

Excellent customer service and cute clothes. The only thing keeping me as a customer of this brand is their customer service is so good and the designs are often unique and adorable. However the quality of the clothing has dropped off a cliff. So many things are dry clean only, which I’ll never buy. And the zippers are cheap trash, I’ve had two break on new dresses. They’re not thinking of intelligent design and longevity of clothes anymore. Example: the Everett dress, a heavy double lined thick linen dress, yet the entire weight of the dress is supported by a strap that is held on by one tiny button. Both the buttons broke because it’s a poor design. Just sew the strap on.

Issue resolution and exchanges

Usually get my issues resolved and it’s very helpful to be able to text the line for any help. The only downside is the policy of exchanging an online order through stores. They can’t seem to help much in stores and require you to reach out through customer love. Also, seems like exchanges can’t really be processed in store which is frustrating.

Great clothes & service, too strict return policy

I love this store—the clothes and service is always top notch. My only complaint is the return policy is a little strict—too short considering this is a high end store and I would expect the clientele to be honest. Other than that, I highly recommend…just don’t buy something from there if you aren’t 100% committed or you are better than me at remembering to do returns immediately 😂
