The Root Ball was pretty crushed and…

The Root Ball was pretty crushed and missing most of its dirt. I quickly got it planted and watered but its losing more than half of its leaves. It is very brittle and loses leaves instantly if you touch it or move it. Not sure if that is just shock or if its going to keep losing leaves.

Plants damaged in transit

Plants damaged in transit. the plants arrived in poor shape, the boxes were bent out of shape, partially open, and overall disheveled and stressed. It's been just over a week and I'm hoping the plants will bounce back in their new environment but plan to do a full update next week and potentially request replacements.

Not happy. Will not use again.

I really like that I had no problem making a claim and getting a replacement . My sons bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day. The first plant arrived badly be up, and the pot completely crushed in the box which I promptly took pictures and sent to their claim team and they handled that. What I did not like and will not buy a plant from them again is for both orders the plants came extremely dry and the leaves on both plants where wrecked. The second plant they sent was much smaller than the first. It was wrapped with a heavy duty type paper towel that you could tell had been wet but was completely bone dry. The other issue I had was the delivery of both plants arrived well after the date they gave me.
