Monika was a fantastic and well informed tour guide for the Colosseum Arena Floor and Forum tours. Unfortunately is was during the heat wave in July but she did her best to keep us in the shade to the degree possible. Outside of your control, but Rome needs to do a better job with expediting the line into the Forum area, or at least cover the line/waiting area with some sun protection.

Our guide did a wonderful job. We covered a lot of ground in a relatively short amount of time and saw most of what we wanted to see in Rome in one day. Certainly there were places we would spend more time, but this was the only way to cover so much ground. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Mike, gave a great tour of the forum and colosseum. Our tour of the Vatican (with Simona) was just awful. She was kind and professional, but the structure of this tour was really rushed and I would have rather just waited in line to peruse the Vatican on our own. I’ve been to the Vatican before, my husband has not. I was so disappointed for him as we only saw maybe 20% of the entire Vatican. We skipped the most profound and intriguing art collection on the planet entirely. We didn’t see the gardens. Barely received any information of substance, and spent like 15-20 minutes outside of the museum discussing a sign that gave an overview of the Sistine Chapel. Everyone was just ready to get on with it after a lengthy process accessing the Museum with security. A waste of time and money. The only reason I booked this tour was because I was scammed out of our actual Vatican tickets by a fake site and the official site did not have anymore for the week we were in Rome. I didn’t think the experience would be this bad, and will not be booking these types of tours again. I would also like to state that while the tour guide may not have had the most intriguing information, she was nice and did her best to keep our group of very annoying tourists organized.
