It is a wonderful thing that I received such kindness of a person with patience helpful over the phone good hot person. Customer service is excellent. She made me feel so good. I was overwhelmed. It made a big difference in my life when she spoke to me and listen to me someone that understands me when you going through something or hardship time I can’t imagine who will not deal with her. She is amazing person. I would love to meet her in person to bring her some flowers in a car, she made my day. She made me tear because she didn’t have to help me and she did a wonderful amazing job. I would love to get to know who she was if I would’ve met her I would cry I really would’ve cried. She was so patient lovable person. Auto Payments Lies
When creating the policy I was told by the Zebra Agent that it was set to Auto Payments. Before finalizing I confirmed with them about the auto payments. Only to come to find out a little over a month later that my policy was cancelled due to missed payments. What? I’m not even sure if that’s misinformation or just bad service. As friendly as they were, it’s just very frustrating. And now I have to go and look for a new policy.

I really appreciated that when the first attempt did not result in any direct quotes that Zebra continued to search and reassure me that this was still being worked on. Then when I got the follow up I was blown away that the quotes were very significant savings (more than 50% less than my current rate) for the same coverage and it was incredibly easy and fast to sign up with the new insurance provider also stating that they would cancel my previous policy for me. I only wish I didn’t wait so long to look into this
