The service provided is valuable and much-needed. However, I did not appreciate the site passing on my contact information to advertisers and salespeople. I was swamped with contacts from agents and salespeople from the most expensive vendors after using the Zebra site.

Customer service is really great, and the agent that spoke to me Hannah was very helpful and found me the best rate possible. However, after we found the insurance company it took a very long time to process my payment and have me setup my account with the insurance company (it took about 30 to 40 minutes).

Simone quickly realized that I was elderly, distinctly low-tech, and in need of extra assistance. Our phone conference lasted nearly an hour (I don't have a smart phone, etc.)--she remained patient throughout, and guided me step-by-step. PS: the price was better than any competitor--not even close.
