I had a very frustrating experience with ThreadBeast.
I attempted to cancel my subscription before another box was shipped and clearly stated in writing that I did not authorize any additional charges or shipments. Despite that, I was charged approximately $100, a box was sent, and my account was then closed.
When I contacted customer service, I explained that none of the clothing fit and that the items were not my style. I offered to return the entire box for a refund, but ThreadBeast refused. They instead offered an exchange with an additional $20 processing fee, while also stating that complimentary exchanges are only available to active members—even though they were the ones who closed my account.
I am not asking to keep the merchandise and receive a refund. I am willing to return everything in the condition received. Unfortunately, the company has refused to provide a reasonable return and refund option.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ThreadBeast. Customers should be very cautious about the cancellation process, recurring charges, and the company’s return policies.
Once you can figure out how to reach their customer service (friend them on Facebook) they are amazing. Prompt with responses and actually help with problems. Both of my own issues and on their end, or shipping I’ve had to use them 3/4 times over the years and every time it’s been incredible

I love threadbeast and would recommend to everyone. I like how the stylist listens to me if I don't like something in my box, definitely Taylor's to your needs/wants. Quality of product is great! There's just no complaints!! Only recommendation coming from my wife is that they should have a woman's clothing line as well.

It is a whole lot more convenient being that I work a lot and time is spent in 3 different fields I have no time to actually shop for clothes nor do I think the places I like have the best selection of my liking. I tried threadbeast because I needed help with my style I know what I like but don’t always see it when I’m out shopping and usually over priced so I tried threadbeast and took the questionnaire to see what my style was like, I discovered I’m a STRATEGIST. They nailed it with the options to choose from I’ve been loving the drops so far they’re definetly getting the style prices right next drop I’m gonna allow them to pick and see how well they’ve gotten to know me.

Here’s a snapshot. Recent package for July was delivered. Out of seven items, four were hoodies or long sleeves. Again, it is July and 90+degrees F. Why? Apparently I am not the only one that this company bamboozles and sends unseasonal attire to as well. Clothes are decent quality but this is a “money grab” rather than a company that is looking to create longterm loyal, happy customers. Shame too.
Loving my experience so far, I love the fact I get to check what’s being sent out before it’s sent. I just want to have more T-shirt options from different brands

I truly like the options compared to the service i used before. They sent the same stuff year after year in different colors. I deeply believe the company should come up with a tier that includes shoes with premier package. Sometimes you can have the best clothing, but the wrong shoes can destroy an outfit. The top tier would swiftly have your closet overly filled with clothing that isn't worn because of the abundance of options after a few months.
