Over $400 worth of clothing was sent to the wrong address and was stolen. I sent them an email explaining the situation and someone called and said they would be resending the same items I had purchased. Well, they never did and won’t respond to any of my emails. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years at this store and they basically just spit in my face. I’m sure they’re going to respond to this review with some B.S. response but they truly do not care about their customers.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you're considering ordering with expedited shipping—don’t expect it to arrive on time. I specifically paid extra for faster shipping, and now, six days later, my order hasn't even left the warehouse.
I received no meaningful support, no resolution, and was told a refund wasn't possible—including for the expedited shipping fees that were clearly not honored.
You would expect customer satisfaction to be a priority, but based on my experience, that doesn't seem to be the case here. I regret trying this company and will not be returning.

Three birds nest has the cutest clothes, it’s like a slightly more adorable free people with a more feline feel. I can’t believe I slept on this brand for so long! The quality is great, my only con is that the sizing can be tricky and they don’t do free returns.
I can't speak for the quality of the clothes for this brand, as I haven't received my order yet. But I learned after it was too late to cancel that this is not a sustainable company. I assumed with the outrageous prices that they were using high quality, eco-friendly materials. I should have done more research before buying. The usual polyester, rayon, spandex blends you can buy for $15 a piece on Amazon. Don't waste your money.
Being a first time buyer, I spent $227 and needed to exchange two items with a different size. Beware! Their return policy is terrible!!! Not only are most of my items non returnable, but the one item that can be returned will be charged with a $9.85 shipping fee. No thank you! I rather donate to someone. I will never shop at this site again. Also, the quality for each item is inconsistent. They're thin and not worth the money. I bought a bunch of bralettes and there is no padding and are thin quality.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the desired new size, style, or color, and returning the other item. However, if the items were listed as Final Sale at the time of purchase, they will not be eligible for a return.
While we try our best to reduce the cost and impact to our customers, our returns ultimately result in a fee being deducted from the overall refund, as well as the initial shipping cost being non-refundable. ZERO CUSTOMER CARE!! 3 days is what the guarantee their clothes for. I paid over $70 for pants I’ve had less than 3 moths and sticking is coming out. I wash gentle hang dry. Their response is sorry your past the 3 day return policy. Such BS!! After doing research online I’ve learned many people have had quality issues with this company in the same response. Clothes are cute, but you’re taking a chance on throwing your money away. If they fall apart, I would not support a business like this.

We always aim to provide the best possible quality and service, and I completely understand how disappointing this situation must be. Our policy does require that any issues with damaged or defective items be reported within three days of delivery, with some flexibility up to one week in certain cases. Additionally, items must remain unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible for a replacement.
In this case, as the items are 3 and 5 months old, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a resolution under our current policy guidelines. Our approach is in place to ensure we can accurately assess any concerns and maintain consistent product quality standards. The longer an item has been in use or outside our policy window, the harder it becomes to fairly determine the root of the issue.

I’m actually so obsessed with this brand that over half of my closet is Three Bird’s Nest at this point. Every time I get new pieces from them I get so many compliments and I love how everything is extremely comfortable while still being cute and good quality. I have put so many people onto this brand and feel so confident when wearing their clothes.
This company has cute and comfy boho styles. Shipping is always quick and the products are affordable as they run frequent sales. One of my favorite brands!
This merchant refused and didn't even try to work with me in replacing my SToLEN items. My package was stolen from my door. So therefore I paid for ish that never received. All I request is to resend and have me sign for the items or even give me a store credit. But no they basically stated to K their butt and it was my LOSS! And yes I had the extra shipping option.

I have had nothing but positive things to say about three bird nest. This company for me has really worked, and I find the quality of their clothing to be excellent and whatever ever did not work. I have had no problem returning I personally would recommend it and will be purchasing again from here.
I absolutely love Three Bird Nest!! They have the cutest boho styles that are also super comfy and realistic for everyday wear. I am always wearing something from them! Packages come very quickly after ordering and my overall experience with Three Bird Nest has been amazing!

This company does not offer a fair return policy. I tried to return a piece of clothing and was told I could not use the portal since I had returned a damaged necklace. I contacted them and was told a new one would be sent to me and not to return the broken one. According to the chat message, there is no record of this. 2 times I offered to send a picture of the necklace. When this was ignored, I knew then I would get no cooperation. I am an honest person and would not be untruthful over a necklace!!! They replied to me with a cookie cutter answer which was the same reply others have gotten from this website. Beware of this company. I highly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Return policy and customer service is awful they lost a returning customer over $10. I bought so many things off of this site and the only time I had to return a dress that was too big had a terrible experience. So a loyal returning customer contacts the customer service I literally returned my dress hours after receiving it because I wanted to reorder the right size. I get charged almost $8 return fee which I was fine with then I find out that they also charged me extra $10 shipping the dress back fee!!!!! So until now I paid shipping from and shipping to plus return fee so I’m out almost$28 for nothing then I told them I want to reorder though so I have to pay another $10 shipping?? And they said yes! I asked for at least a shipping free as I’m exchanging and it’s my first return and they refused so they want me to end up paying around $38 just for shipping cost. They don’t consider anything. So disappointed with how they handled the situation hope the $10 was worth losing a customer. Won’t be coming back.
