Great show, the Coral Reefers more than met expectations... venue has issues tho: audio/sound MUDDY, video production for screens terrible. Bad camera work and worse directing.

Retrieving the tickets was complicated but the show itself was spectacular. Great opening acts and Noah Kahan was outstanding. Parking and transportation to Wrigley Field is absolutely horrible!

Thanks to your employee Renee, she saved the day by getting us tickets sent. I purchased tickets around 615pm for a 730pm show. The tickets never arrived by email. We got on the phone and had the chance to speak to Renee, she was absolutely amazing. She came up with an incredible solution and sent us another set of tickets that were fantastic. With Renee’s service and how she saved the evening, we cannot be happier with the high level of service that TickPick delivers, including picking up the telephone, when we needed immediate assistance. Eventually, we were in our seats midway through the first song, but extremely happy. If I could give Renee a 10 star rating, I would. Please let her know we said thank you, as the show was fantastic, and even better thanks to her efforts.
Great ticket site, but clumsy ticket retrieval
Ticket options and pricing were top notch. Site easy to use until it comes time to retrieve the tickets. I felt like I had to jump through several hoops (apps) just to get to the ability to retrieve the tickets. That part was slightly annoying and would like to see a one stop shop from your site rather than passing through all these third party out sources. Having said that, if it gets me great value seats, I will tolerate rate it but wish for better.

Karaoke was amazing! I had a blast and loved how kind everyone was to a random tourist traveling through. Definitely more of a cowboy scene so I sang so black velvet, and house of the rising sun and people loved it 🥰

I had trouble understanding how to get my ticket on my phone from my computer. The agent who answered was very pleasant and stepped me thru to have my ticket ready. On day of event, tick pick brought out my ticket on phone so all ready to show without having to go thru site, all went well!
The Chance to be Somewhere Exciting
It was the chance to be somewhere exciting and being invited to a free event that anyone would have wanted to attend. Unfortunately I had to work so I didn't get to go. I tried to bless someone with the two tickets but was unsuccessful. It was also on my birthday which would have been perfect. I wanted to take my little nephew who plays soccer but he is not 18 or older. Thanks again maybe next time.

i discovered this app with no service fees...yahoo. finally someone to compete with costly ticket master. we got better seats and the tickets transferred quickly and seamless. love it. will definitely check this site whenever we decide to go to an event at the last minute or need to sell tickets that we could not use.
