If I could I’d give this company 0…
If I could I’d give this company 0 stars. They are not upfront about not being able to provide you with tickets, it’s all third party. They have no supervisors available, lie about ticket times and use the same prompts over and over again not helping anything. Concert is tonight and I have no tickets yet spent a couple hundred dollars and have an order number. They’ve told me I can go to the box office; so now I can try to get to the venue early and hope this is true since they have been zero help. Pay higher fees and go through better sites, will never use or recommend them to ANYONE
