I ask to return it for a correction but they did not want to take a return only to give a discount on a next order. I would say the hair is OK if you do wet and wavy I haven’t wet it yet but the one wig that I did order it said that it was supposed to be 200% density and it was not 200% density when I received it, it was really, really thin. The other wig that I received was 250% density however I’m experiencing a lot of shedding with this wig and I’m just unboxing it so I imagine it won’t be 250% density when I’m finished. Also, it’s supposed to be a loose deep wave when I wet it. It did not go back to the deep wave curls so basically I have a straight blonde wig that shedding I spent 700 for three wigs and only one really looks decent. I say try at your own risk because I don’t think these reviews are real. I read these before I ordered and still got bamboozled.I ordered from several other hair companies in in the past and I would say OQ hair is the best so far.
Company is refusing to send return label on hair I purchased. What Company sends a customer hair in a ziplock bag, no box and not all yhe gifts per advertisement on website then offers you $ 20- 30 refund on hair they presented to you like trash?? I purchase a wig on 4/24/26 from this company TINASHE, and it was horrible was not what I order took it out of the pack. Wig was shedding bad when I comb through it. I was totally disappointed with Pixie cut water wave wig.
The wig cap is small and the whatsapp contact is saying to rely on the elastic band. They need to install on a bigger wig cap as everyone dont have a small head. They should make big cap and make it so it adjust to small head

They sent me a synthetic blend wig, when it was being styled the frontal portion of wig started burning when straightener ran through it. I reached out to resolve but got nowhere, will not replace or refund.
I ordered from Tinashe hair originally on Feb 21st the first package I ordered was seized by customs its took them from Feb 21st till March 7th to inform me that I would no longer be receiving the package. Keep in mind throughout the whole time I was waiting for the first original package I told them to cancel my order and just refund me and not send it out. They proceed to send me another set of hair (I had already chalked up my loss and ordered from Oq hair great quality btw ladies check them out) anywho they “sent out” another package this time the package was either delivered to the wrong door or someone took it. I’ve had a dispute with them since March 3rd they aren’t speaking to my bank and at this point I don’t even want another package from them I want my $300 back. It’s really frustrating working with companies that don’t value their customers time or money hopefully I hear something back wish they would’ve canceled the order when I first asked about it instead of going through all this about one package will not be ordering again also if you put a bad review that’s when they try to offer you money back so you’ll take it down I’ll gladly keep this up and take my refund thank you
This is the absolute worst hair company. Please do not buy from them go somewhere else they hassle you to keep their hair that is very thin. It takes so long to come. It’s never the hair that’s on the site. Do not buy from them at all then they want to scam you and trick you into keeping their hair that’s already damaged once you want to return they stopped replying oh and the moneyback guarantee is not a guarantee because they want you to pay to ship it all the way back for their mistakes
Do not shop with Tinashehair especially if you need to return the wig. Tinashehair is a dishonest wig shop. I placed a $427.14 order for 2 wigs. One was on back order. The one that they shipped looked nothing like the wig on their website. I was very disappointed. I paid to ship it back. I asked that they cancel the wig on back order & refund in full. They sent me $187 & kept the rest of my money. I now have to contact my credit card company because they refuse to reimburse me. They want to ship the wig that was on backorder even after I ask them to cancel. Very Shady company
This has been the absolute worst experience. This is my second time purchasing only because I forgot how bad the first time went and I accidentally ordered from this site again I definitely did not mean to!!! So let’s get into what happened this time. I ordered my wig because they were running a special for Valentine’s Day stating I would receive my wig by then..well what do you know no hair and it’s 10 days since and still I do not have the hair. I honestly think this was is a scam because they start off with one shipping label and then give you a different shipping label a few days later. I asked for a refund and I was told they’re gonna urge FedEx to move faster knowing you cannot just urge anybody to move faster unless it was a one day service. The last wig I got was bulky shedded within a week and I believe had lice ..my face started breaking out I seen little eggs in the hair two days after wearing it. So this is the main reason I definitely was not going to order from them again.!!! the hair is still in the mail traveling as I make this post. I informed them I do not want the hair. I am out out of town for Valentine’s Day and I won’t even be back to receive the hair because I don’t know when it’s actually gonna come… I also said they can take it back. They can stop the delivery if they want to. I am not trying to get the hair and the refund. Trust me they can have their product back.!!
I bought a wig from Tinashe hair recently, one of their layered hair wigs, and I had wrote an honest review on the site before realizing that the only reviews they approved were 5 stars and mine definitely was not. To start off, the wig is beautiful and has a great curl but I noticed right away that it was on the thinner side and not the 250% density that I had purchased. Although advertised as Pre-cut, pre bleached and pre plucked, the hair was in fact not pre-bleached not pre plucked so I had to do those things myself. Despite what some other reviewers may say, this hair did have a bit of a smell as most wigs do and it DOES shed a lot ( I wish I could post pictures). The hair is soft and again holds a curl well but besides that it’s really not the best wig I have ever had. I just hope that with all of the shedding that it is able to withstand for a year. Also ps…. If you have a big head (I’m one of the big head girlies 22.5 inch) the cap of the wig may be a bit snug just fyi.
This wig is everythinggggg they advertise it to be . True to length, curl and no smell . There is just one thing about Tinashe hair that made me give them a 2 star rating . Their wigs SHEDDDDD really bad ! Everytime I run my fingers or even brush the wig a huge hairball comes out of my brush . This wig shedded so bad my wig no longer has any edges ! I can only wear this wig down. When I paid EXTRA for the 13 by 6 lace front . I expressed my concern with customer service , they tried to accuse me of bleaching the wig , then they offered a FORTY DOLLAR refund when I paid 261.90 for the unit . Of course i declined. Then they proceeded to BRIBE me to take down my HONEST trust pilot review for a $80 refund . That was on January 31. It is Now February 6th with no refund . So here i am re posting my review. I like the wig texture and density very much of the Yaki Straight Half Wig but there is a flaw in the construction of the wig. I'm not sure if I received a defective one or what but the track right behind the first track is clearly visible and falls unnatural- creating a separation of the first front track and the rest of the hair. This makes the wig look weird when you put it on and hard to style in the front. I'm not sure what if anything can be done about this.
My package was missing/stolen reported the problem to company. Been going back and forth with them email not once have the tried to resolve or offer a replacement please stay away from this hair company poor customer service!!!
This company has bots or people boosting up their ratings. I bought a 28 in straight wig 13x4 HD frontal from them and it started shedding badly after it was worn a week and a half. It was washed and conditioned cared for and by a professional and it shedded so bad. I thought just maybe I got a bad one. I bought another one. 28inches curly wig, 13x4 HD frontal, and it got install and the frontal was shedding/balding within hours. I contacted them and they asked me what I do and tried to blame it on me or my stylist that has been installing for years. Licensed professional. I’m accustomed to spending hundreds for good quality. I spent hundreds with them and it was not good quality the first time nor the second chance. It comes looking nice and feels okay but quickly changes for the worse shedding bald and my second one shedded patches within hours!!
So I ordered a brown unit for my bday about 3 weeks before I needed it (kinda late when you are dealing with these wig companies) so I figured I would get it in time. Their site says 2 - 4 working days if you live in the US. So I figured I would have it in about a week. Well 2 weeks passed and nothing, not even an update. It seems like the link that they provided for tracking was a fedex link that doesn’t work or return anything. I had to reach out to customer service to see if they can help as I needed the unit for a trip. They apparently expedited the order once I reached out and I got the unit about 5 days before my hair appointment . As for the hair I guess it’s worth the price… the tracks on this wig are really thin but I will give them props for lack of shedding. I don’t know if I would order from this company again because the shipping expectations are inaccurate and I like a fuller look as far as units. The color was also fairly close to the images on the site….

However, upon receipt, the product was materially different as well a totally different style from what was depicted online. To document the discrepancy, I uploaded a video of the hair so the company could see it firsthand. In response, they offered a series of refund amounts—$30, then $60, then $100—ultimately stating the $100 would be in addition to a full refund. After I confirmed my account details as requested, they informed me that the refund would only be processed if I removed my public comment. This conduct reflects deceptive advertising, a lack of integrity, and a refusal to take accountability for misrepresentation. Despite the abundance of positive reviews, I have serious doubts about their authenticity. Based on my experience, I suspect many of those reviews may have been generated internally. What I received for nearly $150 was so poor in quality, I could have used grass and fashioned something similar myself.

These are fraudsters. I bought a wig from South Africa, they undervalued the wig to customs and the wig was detained for inspection. They have been harrasing me for my bank statement to doctor so that i submit fraudulent documents to law enforcement. Obviously, I did not do this and have been slapped with a R750 penalty on top of vat and duty. Their only solution to the problem they created was fraud and aramex, their delivery partner has been useless too in providing information on how to flag these scammers to law enforcement.
