The wigs themselves are the most ill fitting wigs I have ever, ever bought or seen.
Sadly I bought 5 wigs at a time, and they weren’t cheap either.
Combs are all in positionally awkward and stupid places and the wigs are at the same time too small for my head but somehow are also loose at the front and also slip off. They are just a total disgrace.
This is leads me to disbelieve the numerous almost uniformly five star reviews on TinasheHair’s website because 100% of wigs received were terrible.
Don’t forget I bought 5 not 1, and they are all the same. Over $1000 worth. All completely useless.
Really sad as I had such high hopes. I may review the ones with blonde highlights separately as they are a whole new level of hell that Dante missed!
We are going to have to find wig sellers that aren’t entirely contemptuous of their clientele. It’s so easy to make these wigs fit for purpose and useful, so that customers don’t end up feeling entirely ripped off and left with essentially useless wigs. An expensive mistake which might have been avoided. I wish I could write 5 reviews to tell you how bad these are!

People are more likely to bother to leave a negative review than a good one, we know this, so once one suffers a massive disappointment, one then is much more likely to question the veracity of these reviews, and justifiably so.
In general organisations who want to improve will solicit reviews and value real feedback so they can change. Organisations who don’t care about anything except getting your money will not value feedback and will not get better. So if a company wants to get better, they will solicit and value real feedback and share the full range of independent feedback, especially on sites like Trustpilot. It goes without saying that of course this applies if the company’s goal is customer satisfaction. Otherwise, then they will not.
I’ve seen many reviews on TikTok and now believe that these are extremely likely to be just paid for dross. I would ignore these with extreme prejudice and DO NOT BUY. Try elsewhere.

ISEE hair is the same. I think there are different brands of the same dodgy parent company who must despise their customers.
Unluckily, I only really wore the wigs after the return period. They looked ok so I thought it would be fine. Try one first, don’t buy several at once like ‘muggins’ me.
The lace also is major league nonsense. They are ‘10 years ago antiquated’ bad. Where’s melting lace? 3D? Pah!
These wigs are in the dark ages. Just avoid this place. You will be glad you did.

Sheds and Tangles like dog hair! The only good thing about this hair is that it holds curls. the second you finish brushing or combing, it will be tangled. wake up? tangled. Not to mention how thin the bundles AND closure came. Would not recommend as you can’t even reuse these bundles.
I purchased the glueless ombré honey blonde wig in early March but Im just now getting a chance to wear it. The wig is thick and full but I am not a fan of the hair quality it started tangling as soon as I ran water on it to make wash it. I would not recommend this colored wig. Although the reviews are great, it is not a good quality wig. This is the second wig I have ordered from this company.
I ordered 2 of the same wigs one body and one straight. A lot of money down the drain. The blonde sections of the wigs has terrible very noticeable breakage.
So I'm making this review after two months. Usually my wigs from Tinashe hair last a lot longer. This one the frontal went on it really quickly. It balded a lot and it sheafed a lot. But I could be from two things one I fear that the company's hair quality has went down or two from all the customizations that I did. I bleached my knots three times and I got the week toned. So I bought another week from tonight. So I bought another wig just because I trust that it was probably my fault from all the customization that I did to it and will see how my next week holds up.
Horrible cheap wigs that look nothing like the pictures, definitely not human hair and wigs smell awful. What a waste of money. Do not order from this horrible website.

BEING THAT I DID NOT USE WIG i WAS GIVEN A REFUND FOR THE WIG, B UT NOT THE SHIPPING AS I WAS TOLD WHICH IS WHY I GAVE 4 STARS.
I am very disappointed with this hair company. I've order with this company
several times and they have only gotten one of my orders right. I ordered
this wig 250% density in a 24 inch. The hair was extremely thin and did not
come close to being 250% density, it was more 150% density. I contacted the
seller for a refund. I was asked to keep the wig or give it away as a gift,
and I would be given $15 for a future order. I declined the offer. The
seller wanted photos of the wig and so I sent photos of the wig I received.
The seller then provided me with the address to retun the wig. I returned
the wig, provided the seller with the tracking information. The wig was
delivered to the return address on 12/04/2023. I contacted the seller on
12/06 and informed them the wig was delivered. The seller then responded
that the address they provided me with was a friends address, and they have
to verify with their friend if the wig had been received. Since then, I have
contacted the seller several times regarding my refund, and they keep
stating they have to very with their friend. Now the seller has stop
responding to my emails. Today is 12/26 and I had to file a credit dispute
with my bank to get my money back. Do not take chances with this company.
What you order and pay for will never be what you receive, this is the
experience I've had. Also, it won't allow you to leave a review on their website if you
don't give their wigs a 5 star.
This is not a serious company. You ask them several times for a 24 inch wig and they send you an invoice for 22 inch, with a higher price than on their website.
They have problems with paypal that they don't want to resolve for weeks so it's impossible to pay via paypal ...
After leaving a first negative review on trustpilot the management came back to me to beg me to delete my comment and we agreed on a deal and they sent me a 24 inch wig. The quality is mediocre from the first wash I found myself with several hair loss and each brushing it's the same. At this rate there will be no hair left within a month.
They offered me €20 to keep the wig. However, I never received their transfer to paypal, knowing that I've been using paypal for over 15 years and I've never had a problem.
They are really dishonest.
I ordered a loose wave 33 in wig. The smell was horrific. Very offensive. I put it outside so my house wouldn’t smell of it. It stayed outside for 3 days the smell was still horrible. They advised me to wash it. I refused because if u had gone by then they would have not refunded my money because it was not in its original state. They ended up refunding me. I asked them would they tell me what they thought of the smell. They got very agitated and said they refunded my money why do I keep asking? I asked because I wanted to know what they thought of the smell. The smell they said comes from their newest wigs… 😮 Wow no wig for me. If you wash it you won’t be able to get your refund

Our hair is 100% human hair which might have some shampoo smell. Sorry to hear that it made you uncomfortable. The smell must be better after washing, and we can accept full refund & return even the hair was washed.
Now we have refunded the full money once we get the return package.
To help you get the refund sooner, we send u the USA address to return, and we are in China now, that is why we can't smell the return hair at once as your request, but we have contacted the factory to make it better already.

I got the Wear Go Pre-Cut 5x6 Lace Closure Wig Barrel Curls Shoulder Length Silk Base Lace Beginner Friendly. The shipping was fairly fast. The packaging a thumbs down. It was in a clear plastic bag then in a fedex shipping envelope. The wig smells so bad!!! It literally smells like cat urine and chemicals. I’ve tried to wash the hair as directed with good shampoo/conditioner (MoroccanOil) and it still smells. There is no way on earth I’d wear this straight out of the bag. I’m really disappointed and won’t purchase from them again, I’ll go more local next time instead of overseas.

First time buying Tinashe hair ,density was suppose to be 180 but it clearly was so thin the hair I could see the tracks as soon as I put the wig on literally 4cm space between thin track of sewn extensions on the wig cap !!! Very shocking as I paid £229.52 for Glueless Honey Blonde Highlight Loose Body Wave 5x6 Pre-Cut HD Lace Closure Wig Put On & Go

I would have gave it 5 stars but I wish it had an option to do a bigger size cap due to me having locs however if you have regular hair the cap will fit perfectly. The knots bleaches easily and took color great. Also did not get tangled that much
