First and foremost Before anyone comes for me I am writing this as a true review and this experience should never happen to anyone … I wanted to get a unit from a different vendor other than Amazon because my husbands gala is at the end of the month and I wanted to invest a little more in hair to last longer . Usually I don’t spend a ton and I wanted to just do something for myself which is why I purchased the units . When they arrived I was excited because I was like wow I finally have an investment that will last . Upon opening the package I noticed a smell. I was like ok no big deal I’ll wash before install an I placed them to the side. I opened them days later to see which one I would use for my event and that’s when my world was turned upside down . I tried them on and was immediately disappointed as they are NOT alopecia forgiving units . Sad almost in tears I decided to reach the seller about a return and that’s when I was slapped again. The seller asked me if I had let my stylist do the fitting or if I did it myself , then it went to if I return the units because they ship from China, it will be a large customs charge and other shipping fees almost equally more than $100 then it went from oh you can just sell it to somebody like a friend then the thing that kind of made me want to just screen was when they had the nerve to try to offer me $15 and then it went to $20 off as part of a refund to make things right . Like are you kidding me. Like I told the seller I’d pay $250 for these units and 15 or $20 was a slap in the face. They were so unreasonable and not understanding that when you suffer from alopecia you already have high anxiety the last thing that you want to have to worry about is your hair now I have nothing that I can potentially get here in time before my husband’s gala. Thanks a lot for ruining my experience looks like I will always shop Amazon from here on out.

I’ve ordered from them for yearsssss and I ordered a curly wig which I did on accident but I didnt make a big deal and just stuck it. I just got my hair installed today and it wasn’t until I got home and noticed that my hair wasn’t the same length all around. And it’s very much noticeable!! I mean it look like it’s been cut and no my hairdresser didn’t cut it. I reached out to them and I didn’t get a response.. never again

I honestly believe this company gifts there influencers good hair to get good reviews and the regular customers get bad. Im a qualified hairdresser so I at least know a little bit about hair..theres no way this hair is 100 percent human hair, I'm convinced its a mix of human and synthetic, firstly the smell of the wig was horrible, after washing it, it had the texture of heat damaged hair, I even cut a short amount off the ends and after attempting to style it, it just created an even more 'fried' texture..the hair refused to lay smoothly and was really difficult to work with which is bizarre because the videos online and reviews will lead you to believe otherwise..yes the shipping is fast but what you receive is certainly not what is described unfortunately.

I ordered a bob wig, which arrived within the 3-5 days as advertised. However, the quality of the hair is terrible. The hair was definitely not virgin and did not maintain a bob shape after an hour of wearing it. It appeared to be very “wiggy” and of beauty supply store quality. This led me to contact customer service with my concerns and a request for a refund. They only refunded me $10 and basically brushed me off. They insisted there was nothing they could do and refused to address the clear dishonesty in the product advertised vs. what was received. I even sent photos?! I would never order from them again and would advise sticking to more reputable hair vendors like PrettyProper or Kendra’s Boutique.

I would not recommend purchasing hair from this company, the wig I received was not quality. I was also not impressed with customer service but they did end up giving me a full refund and paying for the shipping label which I appreciated.

I was fooled by all the good comments the hair was pretty but 3 week it became matted and shredded badly. I tried to condition it but now it’s nappy and dry and I didn’t even have it for a full month. When you down $400 plus on your hair it is suppose to last way longer, as many times I tried to condition and comb it out it was bad. I feel super ripped off

I am so happy I made this purchase. The hair is soft and beautiful. Although i wish it was glueless as claimed, it is still a great wig. This is my first purchase with this company, I saw a review of one of their wigs from a YouTuber and decided to purchase this wig. Tinashe did not disappoint. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Good quality and good experience
The hair was shipped straight away and arrived very quickly. I bought the loose deep wave and really like the curl pattern. The hair is very soft and does not tangle too much. The only thing I didn’t really like was the lace - I ordered the medium brown and it seems it was coloured with semi permanent colour because when I tried to bleach the knots, the colour bled through and tinted the knots and the rest of the lace a red colour. So I will probably just buy their transparent lace next time. But overall I am very pleased
