The hair quality isn’t bad

The hair quality isn’t bad, not entirely happy with the service. They didn’t let me know for almost 2 weeks that the wig I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. Other than that issue, I don’t have any complaints.

The hair is overall good

The hair is overall good. Theres a lot of flyaway however but that can be fixed with some beeswax! Definitely worth the price you are paying for!

Very disappointed…..

I’m very disappointed with the wig I received. I didn’t even get to install it. I did a cowash and the curls pattern was gone completely. I left it to air dry and tried curling it back with wand and the curls did not hold. And it was shedding. I ordered from here because my daughter recommended it and her hair looks good. I guess I got one from bad batch.

Hair was nice and soft. Curled well and lace melted well! Only thing is the unit was a little thin. I would purchase again, but next time purchase a higher density.

I have ordered 4 different types of wigs. They have all been good. Good quality, soft, minimal shedding, and good length. The service is phenomenal. They respond quickly to questions and offer great service.

Pleasantly surprised. The arrival of my hair was as predicted…

The arrival of my hair was as predicted but the hair? Way better than I expected!! I ordered the loose deep wave in 14, 16, 18. My stylist loves the closure and the hair had hardly no tangles or matting! Even after coloring, there’s no shedding or any other kind of drama. The only complaint I have is I wish there was a larger variety of textures for 6x6 and 7x7 closures. I’ve ordered from Tinashé twice and neither time was I disappointed.

I love this

I love this! The hair is so soft I have gotten plenty of compliments, people say it looks like my natural hair. It's my favorite wig that I own so far.

I guess it’s okay?

It came quick & It’s good hair don’t get me wrong plus it’s super soft but… I bought 200% density so it looks pretty full but it was the length for me , I got a 22’ and it came looking like a 16’ . I was pretty disappointed cause I’m going out of state for the 4th of July and I was trying to step out in my inches but it looks so short 😒 I was going to throw my prior wig out for this one too … glad I didn’t . I’ll make it work somehow I guess . Could be worse .

The wig is nice and full looking

The wig is nice and full looking. My initial reaction I thought the hair was kind of stiff looking, almost mixed looking, But once I got it installed and flat ironed it was giving me what I wanted. Very bouncy. The only reason I didn’t get five stars was because I am very picky and to get a five you have to be perfect. After my stylist installed it two weeks ago I’ve had One other girl flat iron it for me and another Curl it. All three of the girls who handled this hair on my head complimented the quality of the hair. So if people who do hair are complimenting it then it makes me even more confident. Great job Tinashe hair this was my second purchase and just like the first time I am a satisfied customer. In fact I’ll be ordering another wig in about a week!

If you’re looking for longevity and…

If you’re looking for longevity and you’re a frequent wig wearer I wouldn’t recommend lace balds within a month.

Damage and Choppy

Damage and Choppy. The 1st wig, Its like someone that had no hair cutting experience took scissors and cut all through it. Which left the wig choppy, split ends and damage. The 2nd was suppose to be my long wing but it was not.l; it was choppy as well. Both wigs were dry, brittle and the density was was deceiving on a site because the hair was very thin. I also did not receive the elastic adjustable bands for them. This was an over all bad experience, I want a full refund. I cannot even use the wigs. You are offering to refund $15 when I paid $256.34. The two wigs can't even be used, they're trash. Keep the $15.

Hair was great

Hair was great. Shipping was fast, true to length. Minimal shedding, very soft. Wish there was a bit more parting space.

The hair was ok

The hair was nice and soft. But a bit thin and the wig cap was small. I had to add an extra bundle. The hairline was also too dense, not plucked.

The unit I ordered this time was not…

The unit I ordered this time was not nice at all!!! Hair was barely curled and it just wasn’t of good quality!!!! Not sure if, I’ll order again from your store!!! You have to quit putting up pics of beautiful units and not able to deliver to the customer that same beauty!!! Paying all that money for a unit and the quality is terrible!!!!
