I do NOT recommend buying from Tinashe hair. They scammed me and sent me 2 out of 4 wigs I ordered. I also ordered hd lace and they sent me tan “transparent” lace. Hair isn’t good quality.

Too thin not as advertised

I was excited to receive this wig after seeing it reviewed on YouTube however the wig I received was totally different than what the YouTuber reviewed. I suggest sending the you tubers and customer's the same wig because this is not fair. I ordered 180 %density and this wig is very thin. Not to mention the length is not as long as expected.

Poor customer service, Did not like the quality of the hair. I experienced an excessive amount of shedding as well as bad lace.

This wig is thin. Not the density that is promoted. The lace is super thin and fragile so you have to be careful customizing. You will have to bleach your knots and tint the lace to make it decent.

This was overall just a bad buy

This was overall just a bad buy. the wig came late, the wig cap is the wrong size, the comb on the back is not even centered. The page said my wig would come preplucked and with babyhair cut but it wasnt plucked or else it was plucked very badly and there were no babyhair whatsoever. ON TOP OF THAT THE PAGE CLAIMS TO HAVE REAL HUMAN HAIR, when really it is clearly mixed human and synthetic hair. never buy here again.

I ordered 10” curly hair

I ordered 10” curly hair, they sent 12”. They were out of the 8” which was what I really wanted. Overall the quality was good but it was just to long for the look I was going for!

I ordered a 28 inch loose wave and paid…

I ordered a 28 inch loose wave and paid for it, and then in couple of days the company informs me that they did not have it and that they can replace it with a 28 inch deep wave. I hated that I already paid and the site said they had 28 inch loose deep wave. So disappointed but I went ahead to receive the deep wave. Still waiting on the wig to arrive.

The hair was alright it arrived extremely frizzy and staticky the hair would not become unfrizzed. Considering I’m Canadian and paid 368$ For 22 inch it was on the expensive side for sure.

Falsely advertising they had the curly…

Falsely advertising they had the curly hair which I really wanted to get. Since they didn’t have it in stock anymore (still has it on the website) I wanted to get a refund. Instead of giving me a refund they harassed me to get another texture so they wouldn’t have to process the refund. Since I really needed the hair I gave in. This body wave 30in 200% density hd lace is bull crap! It is not 30 inches more like 26/28 and it is not as full as I’m use too when it comes to 200% density hair. I wish I would have just told them to give me a refund and went through with it because spending almost 400 for this crap is not worth it. DO NOT BUY!

Expensive return shipping

Hair was fine but I wanted to return it and was unable to because the product was sent from China, making shipping costs insanely expensive (+$60) to try and return. So unless you’re willing to pay the shipping cost, you can’t return the hair once you buy it.
