The first day I wore it, it was shedding already and the hair itself is thin as hell but I mean it’s was only $152 so what do u expect?... But it is very soft and I liked the preplucked baby hair it came with.
The hair is ok, very thin for 200 density, and its sheds alot. I haven't had it installed for a week yet and it sheds alot and the ends are very rough and dry.

The shipping took a little bit longer then I expected. The Hair came with many goodies, which I really liked. Wish there would be more closure options not only the T part. The hair took the bleaching pretty well, although the closure don’t match the bundles. The curls on the bundles are deep curl, the closure texture is deep wave. That’s the reason why im only giving 4 stars.
I ordered three bundles and a frontal. After paying full price I received an email the frontal was not available. Yes I did get a refund I just had to search high and low for a frontal. Other than that I've never had an issue and I pray they don't start.
I ordered an yaki straight headband wig. Tinashe hair emailed me stating my order was lost in transit and that they can send me another wig but they were sold out of the yaki straight headband wig. They gave me two different options that I nicely declined and asked for a full refund. After going back and forth for a day, they finally said they would issue me a full refund. FOUR DAYS LATER, I received another email stating my order was shipped out and that I should receive it in 3-5 business days. (Are you confused like I am??) after spending another day going back and forth through email. Ive given up and contacted my bank to start a dispute in order to get my money back. The time and energy that I wasted, they definitely lost me as a customer.

When u try and get a refund it's hard even tho they don't have ur product. Than they send it to u anyway and say when u get it u can send it back.i shouldn't have reordered from them when last yr they lost my order and it took 3 month to get the hair . And the hair shed all over ur bathroom.
Horrible. The deliver lost my package & this hair company refuses to refund me my money. Fedex as well was no help because the deliver GOOGLED my address which pop up an old image of our house to show “proof of delivery” mind you no signature is required. This other was placed on May 2nd & 4th. I still have no package or my money back. Very disgusting , disappointing & unprofessional for a first time customer. Paypal , Fedex & even my bank told me to reach out personally to the company & instead of understanding the situation they continue to ask for case numbers , fail to realize the dispute i filed through pay pal was declined because the package was marked delivered YET i NEVER got anything! Been almost a month and i have yet to get back my $300
I ordered my hair on 20/04/21 and as the shipping info states, it should’ve arrived way before the day I needed it (3rd May). Shipping info said it would take 3-5 business days to Australia but it ended up taking over a week. This made me have to push my event. When the hair arrived, it was beautiful and soft with good density (180) and a good lace, however the wig cap was huge. It made my head look very odd and huge. When I told them I wanted to return it, they offered me $10 refund which is insulting considering I bought the wig for $500AUD. If you have a small head then I don’t recommend this hair at ALL!
I am dissatisfied that the photo on the website for the hair unit I purchased it was not the same wig I received in the package. No one offered to help me process a refund after being made aware the hair I got was not the same. I felt lied to and and robbed,, this must report this too consumer agencies, this is false advertisement.
