After I waited two and half weeks for shipping due to shortage of hair I finally get my wig and very satisfied with the texture but my wig is no where near a 30” wig even stretching the hair out.

I ordered a full lace wig and I received a wig with two different titles of hair. They sewed lace on the back and lace in the front was 13X6. Don’t charge for a full lace and send customer a wig with sewed piece of lace on the back. I took photos of my full lace wig and this put together wig.

Everything was great

Everything was great. Hair does not shed or tangle much . I received 20,22,26. I ordered 20,22,24 but they ran out of 24 and sent a 26 instead. Over all the hair is great: flows in the wind, great for spring and summer time Cons: The hair is frizzy and curly when it first arrives, looks like natural wave after washing. Curls are AMAZING Hair can’t be colored with anything but bleach. Hair takes bleach VERY VERY well!

Ordered side part 8 inch wig

Ordered side part 8 inch wig. Recieved shipping confirmation that wig was shipped. 3 days later received a message stating that wig was not available in 8 inch but in 10 inches. Had to pay extra $8. Wig finally shipped. When wig was received and opened, wig looks nothing like shown on website. Will not be recommending this store, and definetly will not be ordering again!

Density is not accurate

Communication was good but the wig I purchased was suppose to be 180% density & it definitely was not ! It’s the only complaints I have. If the texture was straight it would’ve been see through at the bottom. It feels amazing though.

I literally chose this company’s wig as a Mother’s Day present and I was sent a thin, shaggy, uneven, split ends up to to root, awfully constructed, half inch gaps between each track, stinky wig. I want a full refund.

I purchased 30inch deep wave 200…

I purchased 30inch deep wave 200 density 6x6 closure wig and the next day I got a message saying it’s out of stock ! Smh so they offered to send me straight hair but I don’t like straight , So they ended sending me water wave .. so I get the wig and the density is nowhere near 200% density!!! I paid over 300$ For this damn wig and it looks and feels like it’s 150 density!! I wouldn’t recommend this company don’t waste your money don’t listen to these YouTube reviews !! Horrible

I purchased a wig in hopes of buying…

I purchased a wig in hopes of buying several for a photo shoot. The wig arrived and it wall chemically damaged. The minute I took it out of the box and put it on the wig stand to brush it there was hair everywhere. I have never seen a wig shed so much. I have been a licensed hair stylist since 2002..... The lack of quality in this product is unbelievable. I have spent the last 2 1/2 weeks trying to get a return label for a refund. It's unfortunate I personally would not recommend this product.

Wrong hair

I was sent the wrong hair and the guy wouldn’t admit it, they sent me a 20 dollar refund which doesn’t cover the cost difference of what I got vs what I paid. I bought a 13x6 HD 16 inches and didn’t get that

Nice hair

Nice hair, but they sent me a voice-mail saying my items were shipped and then they tell me later there weren't anymore in stock, so that was a lie. Then I had to send extra money for another length and I was told if I did it that day my items would be sent, another lie. Im upset ....these were gifts for my mom and godmother

The hair is very good but the picture made it look like my whole front part of my wig would have a lace but it didn’t on the middle part had a lace on it.

I was really excited about this hair BUT..!!!

I was really excited about this hair but when it came the hair had a very gross smell. Also I paid for extra density and the hair very thin probably less than 150 density. I also reached out to the company and they hassled with me over not returning the hair even though their hair is advertised way differently from than what I got. The only offered me a 5% discount which would be 15$ Refund compared to the extra 50 I spent for the extra density which my total came out over 200$. I would not recommend this company nor would I buy from them ever again. Please don’t waste your money. Synthetic hair is way better than theirs.
