Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The customer service reps were quick and helpful with their responses. Lost a small part from the pack, and without issue they sent a replacement. The pack itself has now traveled to half a dozen countries, half a dozen states, and has completely answered the reason I needed a pack like it.
I highly recommend this backpack. We travel a lot and found the design and size of these to be perfect for all our trips. I was so happy with the first one I bought for my husband that I decided to buy another for myself. I had some questions and the customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. The bags are very well made with sturdy zippers and the compartments are well thought out to make packing easy and comfortable to wear. Highly recommend the product and the customer service. Don't hesitate!
Quality bag and appears as shown on the website
Excellent packing cubes for a family of 4! We recently used them on our trip to Maine and they kept everything so organized. I highly recommend!!
I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional customer service from Tolaccea! My original backpack developed some tears in the material, so I contacted their customer support team. From the very first message, they were incredibly friendly, professional, understanding, and helpful. They immediately took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to find the best possible solution. To my great surprise, they offered me a brand-new, upgraded backpack completely free of charge! The entire experience has been absolutely outstanding. Their kindness, generosity, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly impressive. It is rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares so much about its customers. I am extremely happy with how everything was handled and couldn’t have asked for better service. A huge THANK YOU to the entire Tolaccea team! Five stars are absolutely deserved! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Fantastic support, excellent communication, and a truly customer-focused attitude. 10 out of 10 – Absolutely amazing!
I was informed my order was out of stock in the UK and given the option to cancel or wait. I opted to wait for my order from China instead. Communication from Tolaccea was always swift and courteous and my order arrived within the time specified. The backpack is of great quality and my 2nd Tolaccea product. It’s well thought out and very practical. I highly recommend Tolaccea for their products and customer service.
Amazing backpack and built to last a lifetime! Very happy with the gray color I picked and awesome versatility. 10/10
They work perfectly & are easy to put on. I use them for BURNING TOES! Thank you.
A very solid travel backpack I've been using the Tolaccea Travel Backpack 40L-50L on several trips and I'm very happy with it. The expandable capacity (40 to 50L) adapts well depending on how much you need to pack, and it fits in the cabin without any issues. The build quality is good. The RPET material feels solid and durable, and after multiple trips it still looks in good shape. The dedicated 16" laptop compartment opens fully, making it easy to take out at airport security — a small detail that makes a real difference when you're in a hurry. Comfort-wise, it sits well on your back even when fully loaded, and it's not awkward to carry around. Practical, spacious, durable, and carry-on friendly. Recommended for anyone who travels frequently and wants to keep it to hand luggage only.
I have 4 Tolaccea products so far and have been very happy with all 4. As a matter of fact, all of my travel in the last year has been with Tolaccea bags and they hold up well, are extremely versatile and a great value for the money. I won’t hesitate to add more bags as my family’s travel needs grow!
It was my second backpack from them and I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for travelling and has so many compartments. It’s been going on every trip with me . Highly recommend.
Well studied! I'm using it for all my trips and I find it really comfortable and super spacious, I can really put a lot of stuff inside, including my 15-inch MacBook, charger and all the accessories, sturdy and compact for quality materials. Perfect also for 6-7 days of travel, tried and approved 👍 I recommend!
I've used my backpack several times in the mountains and on short trips, and I've found it super comfortable and spacious. It's well-organized with all the compartments. Excellent product.
The perfect travel backpack I’m really impressed with this backpack. It has an amazing amount of space, and being expandable from 40L to 50L makes it perfect for trips of several days without needing to take a suitcase. It’s also very comfortable to carry, even when fully packed, and the design is simple and stylish. I’ve used it for traveling and found it extremely practical.
I purchased a backpack from them and it exceeded all expectations! Fast shipping, great price, and pricing to be very durable.
They solved a problem I didn’t even know I had until I got these! They make packing easy and also make it easy to keep up with my clothes in my suitcase all week without it look like a mess
