Very easy to use

It's a crappy app

It's a crappy app, I paid for 3 countries, they approved me for 2 and I still have one country pending and I called and they told me that the money was pending, but when I paid I paid for 3 countries at once and the staff who answer are very racist, so I don't recommend it

Efficient ,easy to use

Worst company for buying car stickers

Worst company for buying car stickers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered an eco sticker to be able to travel by car in French cities. I put in all the data of my car, including uploading a pdf of the vehicle certificate. Afterwards, I paid for the service - EUR 20 - and didn't receive any confirmation email. Once I asked when I can expect the sticker to be issued, an employee of Tollwayr replied that they could not issue it since my car "is too old". Construction year of my car is 2021 (!) and it was also commissioned back then. EUR 20 lost to a bullshit scammer website. Long story short: AVOID TOLLWAYR AT ALL COST. This is a scammer website and you won't see your money again nor the product you ordered.

Is Ok

Is Ok. I ordered and it worked very well.

Slow processing, but Easy to order

So far it appears to have been a very quick and easy process to order. The system is currently sitting saying "processing" I can see that the money has gone from my bank, so hopefully all will be fine. I ordered a month before I travel so it should arrive in good time.

The process it self is smooth to put in…

The process it self is smooth to put in details etc and the website is clear, but the processing for the toll card it takes a few hours

Deceiving and dishonest

Extremely disappointed with this company. Some how I thought they were the official site for the Danish stickers and so I purchased unaware 1) they are a 3rd party, 2) I don't need a sticker for Denmark and 3 the pointless certificate they issued me in October is only valid for the remainder of the current year and not April of the following year when I will actually be travelling. As the certificate was issued immediately I can not apply for a refund. Also what puzzles me is that AFTER the certificate was issued I was emailed and asked what Euro standard my vehvicle is and if its gasoline or diesel. How can a certificate be issued without that information first? Would definitely not recommend these people. I have applied for my French and German stickers directly through the countrys own website and they were so much cheaper and easier and valid for my trip!!
