We used your service as we entered DK. We entered our car detals. We drive a new car with the Euro 6 norm. You calkulated 14€ charge, so we've payed. On the next day we've recieved an e-mail with a confirmation but also with the explenation of the fees for all the norms. From this note looks like we not supposed to pay anything. We've waited for a return of the money but of course nothing was returned.
Tollwayr made is so easy for me to get me e-vignette before traveling into Romania. I was able to do it from the side of the road before crossing the border with no hassle. Although, receiving the vignette was not immediate, so be aware in case you cross into Romania too early.
It was easy to go through the process, order details, payment. I was surprised only by the fact that it would take more than 24 hrs. to have the process finished.

The system would not accept the credit card and starter over every time the Pay button was clicked. Finally the PayPal worked, but it had an extra charge.
I bought vignet 2 hours before crossing the border, and vignet did not come in time. It was during the week, at daytime. I tried calling but never got to speak to anyone - only 'its busy, check the website' and then they hung up. So I had to buy another vignet at a tankstation. When complaining about it I got email with 'According to our Terms of Use...' So unfriendly and commercial. If you provide a digital product that you cannot deliver instantly, then should state that clearly and take your responsibility when you dont deliver.
