We understand that you carefully cleaned the surface according to the instructions and even tried a replacement, only to experience the same result. After following all the recommended installation steps, you reasonably expected the product to remain firmly attached. Different case materials, textures, and surface coatings may affect adhesive performance. However, since the replacement produced the same result, we understand your concern that the adhesive is not suitable or strong enough for this particular aluminum surface. Please stop using the accessory if it detaches easily, especially if continued use could put your phone at risk.
