You placed the order on August 2 with the expectation that it would arrive during your stay in Portugal, and because TORRAS does not currently ship directly to Brazil, this was an important and limited opportunity for you to receive the case. We are truly sorry that the package has still not been handed over to CTT and that you may now have to leave Portugal without it. After learning about your concern through Instagram, our team proactively contacted you there and also sent you an email. Over the past two days, we have repeatedly contacted the carrier to verify the latest status of your parcel and have continuously urged them to move it forward and hand it over to CTT as quickly as possible. We want you to know that we have been actively following the shipment rather than leaving the matter unresolved. Our team genuinely hoped, just as urgently as you did, that the package would arrive before your flight. However, we fully recognize that these efforts do not erase the inconvenience or make up for the fact that the delivery has not proceeded as expected. Please rest assured that if the package is not delivered within your required timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment card. Our customer support team will also contact you within 24 hours to confirm the latest situation and provide further assistance.
