Traveloka Philippines
This review is based on our Traveloka Philippines experience only. I just would like to share that a friend and I booked 2 different refundable hotel accommodations with them using two separate accounts, together for about 115 USD, but we had to cancel afterwards. We applied for a refund, it took a few weeks, yes, but our money was returned through bank transfer. Based on numerous e-mail exchanges with Traveloka Philippines Customer Service and Payment Verification and Admin Teams, I can say that their people in the Philippines are courteous and considerate. They addressed every e-mail we posted (promptly too!) and also even sent us follow up e-mails regarding a document they required to be submitted before the refund can be processed. At first, based on the reviews we read here, we almost never expected to get our money back and already considered deleting the app and never use Traveloka again for future bookings. But since we were able to experience firsthand and prove that they do return refunds, we definitely will use Traveloka again for our future hotel accommodation needs. Kudos to Traveloka Philippines' staff!

People tend to be highly motivated to write review when they had bad experience. But I never get any problem with traveloka, their services is excellent and professional. Just read the refund information carefully and double check your order before payment.
TravelokaPH reliable
I never had problems with Traveloka Philippines. They are reliable, even in the cheapest fares. AirAsia flights are cheaper to book here than the airline itself. And they have numerous promotions! I was able to book premium economy flight that's 30% cheaper than direct airline booking and did it twice. My only concern is that they charge a rescheduling fee even if the airline (i.e. Cebu Pacific) doesn't. That is probably their way to earn.

4 stars for now. Will modify rating after my vacation. So far, the app is very easy to use. I was able to book 4 flights and 1 hotel without any problem and with huge discounts. I was able to save 2500 worth of discount. I also got the e-tickets a few minutes after booking. I received the e-ticket through the app, to my email and via sms. Customer service is courteous and quick to respond. Overall it is a great useful app and service.

Every time i want to book a flight i will go and check Traveloka right away because the options of flights and prices are good. The search box is the easiest to use.
