I was a bit upset and still not sure about your companies business practice of up charging customers for discounted prices then up charging them immediately after. Will more than likely be my last time ever booking with you because after doing research reviews state that this is a common practice. All of that said Olympia in customer support made this very frustrating experience a little better in her chat conversation. I was able to get my confirmation and ticket resolved. I’m still upset but she made it less painful.

At the beginning I was mad

At the beginning I was mad, because after I paid the whole amount, the site said my transaction was pending. Through the chat they said there was an extra fee for booking of $54.51. When I called, Ms. Olympia was very gentle and patient and looked for an alternative similar flight which would avoid that extra fee. I congratulated her for her hard work and gentle disposition.

I purchased a round-trip ticket through Travelopick on April 9, 2025, with a confirmed itinerary departing Toronto at 6:55 PM on June 4 and arriving in Calgary at 9:14 PM. When I arrived at the airport, I discovered that the final leg of my trip had not actually been booked, despite having paid for and confirmed the ticket months earlier. As a result, I was forced to purchase a replacement ticket out of pocket for $942.94 in order to get home. Instead of arriving in Calgary at 9:14 PM as scheduled, I did not get home until 2:00 AM the following day. Since I was fully booked with clients the next morning, I ended up going to work on only two hours of sleep. This situation caused additional expenses, including $30.71 for late-night transportation that would not have been necessary if my original booking had been honoured. It also caused significant stress, exhaustion, and disruption to both my personal plans and my work. As a result, I incurred: $942.94 for a replacement ticket $30.71 in additional transportation costs Significant disruption to my work and well-being Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have still not received any compensation as of April 8, 2026. I strongly advise future travelers to think twice before dealing with this company.

False Advertisement

Choose this option if you want to waste your time. I purchased tickets for my parents which we posted at a rate about 15% cheaper than others in the market. I submitted my card details and completed booking on their website. About 30 minutes later I received a call from their agent asking for an additional $400 to finalize the booking. When I refused, they starting offering other numbers such as 'how about $300 and then $152 etc. I cancelled the booking and went with a different website.

The primary agent who helped me was Alden Davis. Alden was very patient, working out all the discounts I can get with the credits I had with United. I am glad that he was thorough in his calculations. I also appreciate that he booked my tickets first to ensure that I get the lower fare, before he worked out with me the finances. Let me also thank Mia for taking the final step of emailing me the e-tickets. She was courteous and expeditious in handling my request.

I booked a flight last night through Travelo pick somehow my last name was incorrect when I called the firs lady was rude and put me on hold long time while on hold I called the same number from my work phone and got a different agent and he had it ready to change in two minutes, but he said it was gonna be $100 to change my last name on the ticket to print the new ticket (all electronic by the way tickets in email not physical lol) at the same the first lady that had me on hold still, came back on and said it was gonna be $125 to change my last name smh i was like wait what?!? So I hung up with both of them and called back to talk to a manager and got a third rude person who put me on hold for an extended period of time Amd i just hung up. Of course, like scammers they blew my phone up for about 10 minutes trying to get me to re-answer Long story short I called Delta airlines myself although there was a long hold (45 min) before I ever talked to a person but when i finally did the agent at Delta was very nice and very helpful and she changed my no problem free of charge. Although they'll book your ticket, this is still a scam imagine my surprise when I googled them and saw that this is how it goes with them I will never use them and I'm going to leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms i can find and talk about them on all the podcast i visit. Thank you. For living up to the Google reviews I pray Jesus works in each person's life that works for this company. I pray Yahwey, Lord Jesus fills each one of y'all with the Holy Spirit. May The Lord Jesus bless yall. Please be better people to other people you might need somebody to be good to you one day
