Please y’all be careful and don’t book with this website/travel agency. Me and my wife almost got locked up today. We went to the airport and was trying to check our bags and the lady that work at the front desk said Frontier canceled our flight and it’s in the system as fraudulent activity and the lady was going to contact the authorities but I show her proof that I booked the flight and everything. And today my birthday so my whole week got canceled smh. Please don’t book with this guy name Andres he’s a scam artist.

I had a really good experience with Travodeals! Carlos Matthew was very helpful and made everything easy. He reviewed our reservation and sent us our e-tickets, so everything was ready to go. The best part was that I didn’t even have to call for my return check-in. Carlos already sent me my e-ticket, which saved me a lot of time while I was enjoying my trip with my friends. I really appreciated that. He was friendly, answered my questions, and made the whole process simple. I would definitely recommend Travodeals and Carlos Matthew to anyone booking a trip. Thanks again for all your help!

Airplane reservation
Simon Matthews followed through on all my concerns and questions. He patiently explained every detail. We had a problem with the credit card transaction, and he patiently went through the process with me. The only issue was the price initially quoted was lower than the actual price, but Simon explained the reason.

This website is an scam!
This website is an scam! I do not understand how Trustpilot is giving it a 4 stars. I book a flight and shortly after booking, I got a call to tell me that the airline will not honor the price and I will need to pay $300 extra for the same ticket. They offered to book the flight with other airlines at twice the price of my original booking or loose my money. After I refuse to pay extra cost, they arbitrarily cancel the flight to justify charging for canceling the flight.
Jenny was absolutely wonderful
