Very patient person!

Initially, I didn’t understand which package I purchased, and I was somewhat irate with my friend, Carlos Matthews! He was very kind, and explained everything to me, and now I understand. Carlos was understanding, professional, and kind, and answered all my questions kindly, even though I was upset! Thank you SO MUCH, Carlos Matthews! Excellent pricing, excellent service, and so smooth and easy!

Stressed

Mario who setup the flight put me and my cousin on one ticket but charged from out cards separately. We missed the flight due to not knowing that info and getting info late. We also waiting in a second but everyone trying to make us pay and they missed. Now waiting on second flight and still haven’t rec info after 3 hrs

They work well with negotiating prices for you to afford even when the flight is such a little amount of time away, wonderful patient people. I spoke with Diana Lopez who was very understanding of my position and helped me get my flight situated in a timely manner.

My experience with Travodeals was good

My experience with Travodeals was good. Jenny Smith helped me through out the process since it had a couple of steps after the first reservation. She checked up on my boarding ticket later on as well to ensure everything was settled. Overall, I would say the service was amazing.
