i strongly recommend travomint due to following reasons: 1. flight reasonably priced.. cheaper than goibibo, cleartrip, makemytrip etc.. 2. was facing issue with making payment as my card was not validated for international transaction.. mr vishal patel from travomint called immediately and resolved the problem by sending link to make payment.. hasslefree payment and within an hour i got confirmation that the flight is booked 3. no false promises about fare being refundable.. vishal clearly mentioned the terms and amount involved for refundable fare which helped me take a quick decision 4. quick response and booking confirmation.. dear travomint team..keep up the good work!!!!

1 Star – This Company is a Fraud I never write reviews, but I refuse to let anyone else get robbed by Travomint. I bought travel insurance through THEIR website because a family member was critically ill. When I needed to actually use it, they made it their personal mission to ensure I couldn’t. I called five days before my flight to cancel — a reasonable, straightforward request — and was met with nothing but stonewalling, lies, and incompetence at every turn. First I was told to fill out a form. I did. Silence. Called back — suddenly they “can’t cancel.” Then it’s a family emergency documentation issue. Then it’s not their problem, it’s the insurance company’s. Then magically they have no contact information for the insurance company THEY sold me. Every single call brought a new excuse and a new dead end. When I pushed for answers, I was condescendingly told to re-submit paperwork I had already correctly completed — as if I were the problem. Their final answer? Wait 30–60 days and hope for the best. For an emergency. Five days before a flight. And that busy call center background noise? It’s a recording. There are maybe two people working there, switching shifts and running a masterclass in avoiding accountability. Travomint sells insurance as a safety net and then cuts it out from under you the moment you need it. They are confidently, shamelessly unhelpful — and I believe that’s entirely by design. Do not give this company a single dollar.
