What people say

This is definitely fraud company

This is definitely fraud company. They actually steeling money from people At first they offer low price tickets and then ask you for double price to pay not offering refund if you want to cancel it. Police should be informed about this fraud company. It's super cheap - super scam. Never try to book here again!! Customer service speak very poorly English, barely to understand

These people are 100% Scam

These people are 100% Scam. Dont book your tickets with them. Worst service we ever had. We booked the tickets with them. After 30mins or so got a call and they said the tickets we bought are not valid and asks for 300$ more for per traveler. They didn't cancel our tickets and no refund. Worst customer service.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! They don’t guarantee the flight you thought you booked! If you’re willing to change times/dates, they might be able to find something close to what you wanted. They are a 3rd party company - better to book through a reputable site. The only way they would cancel is if I booked directly through the airline- which was $150 more. It felt like I had been scammed. Also, very difficult to understand the employees “helping” me.

Not good for business

If I could give them a zero I would. But this one is one me. I booked two one way flights, they put a “soft hold” on my credit card only to charge me the full price and give me my “soft hold” back. Then on 7/6, I booked my wife the exact same flight on the Spirit website for $80 less but because of their non refundable policy, I could not get my money back. So when they tell you that you’re getting it at a discounted rate, that’s BS.

Sneaky deceptive company did not tell…

Sneaky deceptive company did not tell me that I could not even bring a carry-on on the flight until after I booked it nowhere in the disclosure to the state that furthermore I wouldn’t even be allowed to pay for it Separately and bring it on. Plenty of hidden charges and other weird things I would never order a ticket buy a ticket from this horrid company again I canceled my credit card and luckily wasn’t charged.

Travoport engages in bait-and-switch…

Travoport engages in bait-and-switch tactics, advertising low fares that are later hit with unexpected surcharges (e.g., $28) and additional taxes or fare differences not disclosed initially. Users report wasting significant time—up to three hours—dealing with customer service to avoid being upsold or stuck with restrictive flight terms (e.g., standby status or limited baggage). Users are then stuck waiting upwards of 40 minutes for them to secure the upcharged flight. Additionally, Travoport does not transfer customers to supervisors when requested, further complicating issue resolution and prolonging frustrating interactions.

Purchased 2 airline tickets from Boston…

Purchased 2 airline tickets from Boston to Chicago for a stated rate. The next day I received a phone call saying that only one ticket was available and since it was non-refundable the other ticket would just be lost. I had trouble communicating with the agents because of a heavy Indian accent. A total scam. There's no way in hell I could be convinced to deal with this company again. Run for your lives away from these scam artists.

BAIT AND SWITCH SITE

I wish I could give them less than a 1 star! Travoport is a complete scam. I saw this review unfortunately after I made my purchase. This is EXACTLY what they tried on me. This is the Travoport’s playbook: “They sell you a very good priced ticket, then call you trying to upsell. The next phase is they tell you there weren't any tickets at that price and if you refuse buying a more expensive one, they will charge you to cancel the original non-existent ticket.” Do not use this website!!!!

DISHONEST, terrible costumer service

I have never written a review, but this had to be done. I booked an emergency ticket to Dallas at 3:30 am for $370. The next day, the agency called to say the ticket was no longer available and offered a new one for $1,100, refusing to refund my original payment. After arguing, they finally offered a ticket for $660—still nearly double the original price. Later, I discovered they bought my ticket from Spirit Airlines for just $260. This company is dishonest and provides terrible customer service. Don’t let them scam you like they did me.
