The page randomly refreshes and all my hours of work on color filaments and settings for my printer were lost and I recommend nobody to use Treatstock

No problems at all.
The web can be improved, the customer/provider communication, the way to exchange files and images, and the order status system, could be more user friendly and automatic.
That printer service under Treatstock is a total rip-off. You print something exactly as it's supposed to be, but then a customer dislikes the results because they wanted a different orientation without saying anything or orienting the file that way. They get a full refund, and you're stuck printing for free.
After asking politely why I'm the one who needs to deal with that, the original answer from support was: "Hello, customer disliked result before shipping. Cheaper do refund."
It's just an unprofessional rip-off. Not to mention that it can take months to pay you out.

We would recommend focusing on real orders. We received negative feedback about small losses of a few dollars on the manufacturer's and our sides due to a decision made in the user's best interests.
It has now been more than a year since Treatstock failed to pay out earnings for completed 3D printing orders, and despite dozens of attempts to reach them through the platform, email, and phone, we have received zero response.
We fulfilled our end of the agreement: the clients were satisfied, the work was completed on time, and Treatstock received payment for it. Yet our payout request has simply been ignored for over a year, with no explanation, no acknowledgment, and no resolution.
This isn't a one-time delay or a misunderstanding — it's sustained, total silence from a company holding funds that belong to us. We are formally asking Treatstock, once again, to resolve this and release the payment owed to us.
To any other service providers considering partnering with Treatstock: think carefully. If reliable, transparent payouts matter to your business, our experience suggests you cannot count on that here.

Great communication throughout the process. They weren't happy with the first print of my 3D product request, so they let me know and got a final print out to me that was good. Will do business with them again.
Gets me in contact with 3d printing shops for my 3d prints. Shows the cheapest prices and closest locations to me. I'm also able to specify Australian (local to me) shops or International shops.
Very poor service compared to what I expected. It was only an eleven euro order, and they gave me trouble because I wanted a very small size, which was impossible to make, even though it was a top manufacturer. In the end, I had to cancel the order. I don't recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Producing very small custom parts can be technically challenging, especially at prototype scale, and in this case the manufacturer determined that the requested dimensions were not feasible within the scope of an €11 order. Rather than delivering a result that might not meet quality standards, the order was cancelled. We understand the frustration and appreciate your understanding.
My go-to address for 3D prints, it's fast, easy, well-priced, and good quality prints. Easy access to small printing facilites and start ups, with high motivation and good communication. I ordered PETG, Polyamid, TPU so far, from various service providers. Way better than ordering at some bigger companies or places, where the prices go up and communciation + quality usually deteriorate (e.g. bought up startups).
Treatstock allows me to pick between tons of different 3D printing vendors at different prices. It's a great marketplace for someone who does not own a 3D printer.
Great aggregation site for makers. The platform’s functionality worked perfectly for my 3D print job and it was substantially cheaper than other sites.
3D Printing Junkies, 3D Printer Filaments , Taz's 3D Printing , BeneFab Engineering and Design are great HUBS, great experiences. I've been happy with their attention to detail on my prints. The prices are generally lower than Sculpteo, CraftCloud.
