Prepaid cards are useless
I received a few prepaid Tremendous cards. They are a borderline scam: cards are not accepted almost anywhere - e.g. not on amazon, not on any high street grocery store, I only manage to use mine in some food stands. Also, balance is not transferable from a card to another, so you endup leaving some money in each card, especially if you are not spending in USD. And, of course, there is no button/link to quickly add the card to Google pay. Overall, it's all engineered so that you do not spend your money.

Useless AI - don’t bother emailing “Support”
Usually fine to redeem gift cards, but when there is a problem- there is an awful AI that is completely unhelpful, tells you gift cards are redeemed, when they’re not, then closes tickets, refuses to reopen them, or forward them to a human who may actually be able to be of any help. There is nothing I hate more than badly built customer service AI. God help you if your finger slips and selects the incorrect one - there is no going back!!! I accidentally hit Amazon, instead of the line that expands the options - now apparently I’m stuck with it??!! Thanks for nothing. The gift cards not even been activated and completely unused.

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or exchange gift cards as the funds are no longer in our possession at the point of redemption. The funds are immediately transferred to the merchant upon redemption. We are unable to accommodate your request, but you should have no issues applying your gift card to a purchase with the merchant the gift card belongs to.
