Communication was a bit lacking. They called me the first day to notify me that my items would be back ordered. Said I should receive them by the middle of the following week. Had to call after two weeks, and again after three.

I did have a question and the customer service representative was very knowledgeable, except she said we would receive our product in 3 days from shipping date, which is wonderful but when I received the tracking number, it said 5 days for deliver and received it in 4 days.
