Paid for 2nd day air on 3/11/2026 which was Wednesday, but not getting part till at least late monday evening. not very happy with the shipping process, especially when you pay for 2nd day air.

Next day air would arrive on the next day, Friday. 2nd day air arrives in 2 business days which is Monday. UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as business days. Time to receive my two nuts for bolts I already had seem to take too long. More than two weeks. More important is when I did receive they were NOT the correct size. I gave the correct size information to best of my knowledge. Can I get a credit if I return?
