Took almost 6 months to receive the order. Was told at least 5 times that the order shipment was imminent, only to be told something different after inquiring again. The company stated it was the manufacturer's fault.

We apologize for the delay in receiving W01-358-7845 air springs from Firestone. We ordered them from Firestone on October 16, 2025 and received them in on March 9, 2026. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to expedite backorders from Firestone and we relay manufacturing eta's provided from them. We do not bill credit cards until orders ship. We have increased our inventory on this part number in attempts to preventing this from happening in the future. Best Regards.
