The gentleman that helped me was very…

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful Responsive Billing and shipping departmentwas very good. The reason I’m giving you two stars should be one star I was told to go online to double check what we talked about I looked at the springs with a stack of 13 in the picture online When the spring showed up, there was only 12 The gentleman that helped me when I told him the problem and told him about the picture online, he said it was a generic picture. It only comes with 12 springs. When we talked in the beginning, he said 12 springs with a pad spring total 13 I had to dismantle the new pack and the old one and use my old pad spring on the bottom He told me I needed to buy a bolt from another supplier Wouldn’t even supply a bolt long enough to go through all the pads. That costed me time and money pay my employees to do that and dangerous Very disappointing!!!!!!! To buy something thinking, all you have to do is install them.

Easy installation, great product!

Easy installation, directions were more than adequate, pretty straight forward (granted, retired HD mechanic). They helped stabilize my 1989 Defender overland rig, which weighs in at about 5600 lbs. and is top heavy with roof rack and hardshell roof top tent. Super fast shipping, well packaged, have recommended them to several other Defender owners already.

Confusing with label color description.

I was confused with how they described their products. Their description said design for thousands of hours of use with orange labels, and it was confusing because there is also a label on the bottom with a different color. The Orange "label" is referring to the print on the side of the air bag, not the actual label on the button.
