I placed two orders with TrueFeat, one on March 10, 2026 and another on May 12, 2026, for a total of $295.62.
Neither order was ever delivered.
I contacted TrueFeat repeatedly. Despite my requests, I was never provided with valid tracking information showing that either order had actually been shipped or delivered.
On August 21, I formally requested a full refund for both undelivered orders and gave the company five business days to process it.
That deadline passed. No refund. No response.
I have now had to dispute the transactions with my bank and report both undelivered orders to Shopify.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that consumers think very carefully before placing an order with TrueFeat.
One star is already too generous.
Unfortunately it has been almost 5 months now without a delivery and a plethora of replies to say thank you for your patience, no resolution ordered, no delivery and no refund discussed.

I ordered and the address was not correct. I checked my order I did input correctly. I now have 22 emails (since July) thanking me for my patience and that they are looking into the issue. I even have the return receipt from DHL showing they received the merchandise back. No refund so far.
Be very wary of this Company. My order has not been sent. Despite many emails, details have not been forthcoming. No resolution and I have lodged a request for full refund through PayPal. Very unscrupulous company.

One month later. No resolution. No answers. No leggings. No refund. No customer service. I lost 75 bucks. Filing official complaints this week.
True Feat leggings are terrible and their customer service is worst. Do not purchase, do not risk dealing with their return policy! I’ve been waiting 9 months for a credit! I will tell everyone I know not to bother.
I purchased 2 items from Truefeat in November 2024. I returned the items, via USPS, with a tracking # in January 2025. Truefeat has NEVER issued a refund to me. I receive answers to my e-mails that they are having "technical difficulties" issuing a refund. There are several complaints filed with the BBB from other customers that have experienced the same issue.
Scam company. I have been requesting refund for nearly a year now. They keep saying that it is processing yet I have not received it in over 10 months. I just reported them to FTC and BBB, but I am not sure what will come out of it. I bet one of you had already purchased the leggings for which I paid, thus making double profit (that's theft!). They may be legit about making leggings and sending them to people but they will NOT refund you if you are not satisfied with the purchase. I am out of the product (which was mailed back to them) and 100% of purchase price (which was not refunded to me for over 10 months) and whatever i paid for mailing the items back. I am taking this to all outlets possible to spread the word about their fraudulent practices and downright theft.

Buyer beware! This company is a total scam. They advertise a !00% money back guarantee. Good luck with that. Their sizing is a joke. I ordered two pair of leggings and a scoop neck tank. The leggings are difficult to get on despite my going up 2 sizes from what I normally wear given their sizing chart. The scoop neck tank was impossible to get on. I contacted them to return it and get a refund and I have been getting anything but that. They send emails at 2:00AM in the morning asking me if I will keep the item and take 30% back. Despite filling out their form which indicates the reason for the return and stating that the item is too small, they keep asking me for more information so they can “better understand” why I am wanting to return it. The first response I got simply wanted me to exchange it for the SAME SIZE! DUH! I am now going to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge and let them know they are dealing with a scam company as they still will not send me the return instructions and their responses are completely inane! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ADVERTISING. IT IS A VERY UNFUNNY JOKE!
I am very happy with my leggings from Truefeat.
Their marketing is right on point, they do fit great and are very comfortable. I have already ordered every color of the Performance legging.
The only negative is that they have been sold out of the blue and the gray and have not provided any information as to whether they will be coming back in and, if so, what is the approximate time frame. But, the bottom line is that these are great leggings and I hope to be wearing them for a long time.
This company is a total scam! They promise leggings as good as Lululemon but they are poor quality and fit. But the worst part is that even when you follow the return policy you will never receive your money back. I bought a pair in November 2024 and immediately returned them because they were so terrible. I have been emailing the company every month for 6 months now and keep getting these auto responses that ensure that they are “on top of it” and will get me my refund asap. It’s all just an attempt to placate me in hopes that I will eventually give up and stop emailing them. Do NOT buy from this company!!!
Firstly, it is terrible that these leggings are being sold under an agricultural machinery manufacturer (see below). Huh?
Secondly, got mine and I love leggings and have several that have been great for years. These are nowhere near a "medium" and I can barely pull them up. Reading the reviews on how hard it is to get a refund, (wish I had seen the reviews before) I am MORE THAN UPSET about this terrible purchase. In fact, this experience and one just before this (a complete fraud out of China) have proven to me that there are too many cheap Chinese goods being sold right now. I am quitting my online shopping now, except for reputable longstanding American companies.

You’ll never get your refund!! After 5 months and 63 back and forth emails (the phony ones in the middle of the night) my bank refunded my $187. These people are crooks and should be put out of business!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! You’ll be sorry if you do!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned leggings and they were received by TrueFeat on December 19 according to UPS tracking. I have STILL not received a credit back on my credit card. I have emailed them six times over the last four months. They always respond, but they are cleverly crafted auto responses that sound legitimate, but they do not take action. I threatened them with a bad review and told them that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card, but it did not make any difference. So today I called my credit card and here is the negative review to warn others about them. They have wasted so much of my time and are thieves - they will take your money but will not return it for a return.
The reason I returned the leggings was because I felt they were thin and poor quality. I contacted TrueFeat immediately to start the return process. First, they will try to dissuade you from returning them with two different emails. I finally had to insist that they give me an address to return them to. I sent them back well within their timeframe (which changed from 30 days down to 10 the last time I checked). Then as stated above, I did not get any refund. Do not buy from them!
