Loved the feel of the material. Love the pockets! The length in both seat and length were a little short for me as I kept having to pull them up. I’m 5’8” though so that’s tall for most women.

DO NOT BUY! They claim to make leggings that are non-toxic and comfortable and they are neither. The material is polyester (toxic) and they are not true to size. They run extremely short! I am 5'8 and the leggings were considerably shorter than 3/4 length on me. They claim to have a great return policy and satisfaction guaranteed but I have been trying now for over a week to get them to return my product and they are refusing to return a product that is unworn and has original packaging.
Terrible product and customer service
I purchased these after seeing on Facebook. Should know better but thought I would give them a try as all the reviews were great. Ordered 2 pairs - small and medium as I didn't know which would fit. Took some time to get them, and tried on right away. Neither pair fit well at all, one too big and one too small, the fit is not right and the fabric is not as explained. I offered to a couple of my friends and both gave them back to me saying they didn't care for the fit or fabric. Contacted the company for a refund and after several emails was told they would give me 30% off in lieu of a refund. This is not acceptable for a company that is an online retailer and there is no number to contact them. Terrible product and terrible customer service. They do not back their product at all. Should have read the reviews off facebook before purchasing - lesson learned. I now have 2 pair of yoga pants I can't wear. Some of the reviews online say they are just like Lulu Lemon? Not even close.
Pretty, comfortable, and fabulous for working out!
I loved receiving these leggings after entering peri-menopause then having rotator cuff surgery, limiting my movement. This resulted in my "instantly" moving up two sizes. None of my clothes fit and I needed clothes to pull up easily with one hand just after surgery, and clothes to return to work after the surgery… These were pretty enough to wear to work, hide the cellulite, help me to feel comfortable all day, then also to put on for a low impact, post-surgical workout once I got home. Pretty and useful! Can't get better than that ! I hope that the "performance" line of leggings can be available without pockets on my problem area on my legs, and also available in bootcut or straight leg. Maybe that will be next??? :)

I echo Sally’s review! I got leggings that totally should have fit me, but were absolutely tiny and impossible to wear. They emailed me back three different times when I said I wanted to return them trying to get me to keep them at a discounted price. I insisted on returning them and getting my full amount back. it has been months since mailing them back at my own expense. I continue to reach out getting the same kind of response saying they are still processing my return. It’s been months. There is no phone number, of course. Worst purchase ever!!

If I could rate this company with a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. I returned I pair out of 2 leggings ordered , complete with attached tags and original packaging in October 2024 and as of January 2 2025 I still have not received a refund. I have numerous emails from this company that state “your refund is on its way” but the refund has not been issued after 3 months. This company does not value their customers, they are unethical, and the leggings are just OK. Be forwarned that this company will take back your return, re-sell the product you returned, and keep your money! I am getting ready to report this to my bank and to PayPal.
Trying to do a simple return for weeks
Trying to do a simple return for weeks. We have a 12 message text thread with several requests from me for how to return the two leggings. Then after finally getting their mailing address from Truefeat and sending them my mailing receipt from the Post Office, they finally send me acknowledgment that I sent the receipt to them. But still no refund, so when following up in another email with them, weeks later, they ask me to provide all the information again. Despite all this information being in the text thread on their website. So, I feel scammed and really don’t believe the positive reviews they are likely generating themselves. I am contacting the BBB to see if that helps get them to fess up to a likely scam. In addition, I found the leggings to be of very poor quality, the fabric and stitching were not satisfactory.

I don’t usually do this but in this case I need to post something negative about a company. DON’T BUY FROM TRUEFEAT. They are horrid. Their customer service is terrible. I had ordered two pairs of leggings from them. They advertised 3-4 day shipping from Washington. Not only did it take them almost 20 days for me to receive my package, the outer package was ripped and they sent me a wrong pair of leggings. Now they want me to pay to return the wrong pair that they sent to me even though it was their mistake! NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They don’t value their customers. If I could give it less than one star I would.

This company has been the worst Customer Service and I have ever dealt with in my life! I feel they are fraud! They are not letting me return my two leggings. I absolutely hate and they fit horrible! They have argued with me through three emails stating that they recommend me exchanging! I do not recommend these leggings they’re super cheap and they fit like shit! I hate to write negative things. This is hands-down. The worst company I have ever dealt with!

HORRIBLE leggings and even worse customer service! I hated the leggings and emailed for a return. They haggle with you back and forth trying to convince you to keep them, but with a twenty percent refund, then 30%…after saying no, I hate them too much to keep them at all, they provide a return address. You have to pay to ship them back and then they still don’t want to refund you the money! They confirmed (after I kept emailing to inquire) that they received my return shipment, but it’s been almost a month and they still haven’t refunded my money. They keep responding saying my issue if utmost importance and they will look into, but then I don’t hear back and they don’t refund my money.i finally just disputed it with my cc company. DO NOT buy from this rip off company!
Ordering online is always a gamble
Ordering online is always a gamble. Sometimes you win & sometimes you lose. When I ordered from TrueFeat, I won! Quality made products from a USA company. (I do wish they were US made though). No potentially harmful components making up the fabric. The fit & feel rivals any higher priced options with many style & color options. I will be ordering from TrueFeat again without hesitation. Take a chance on a pair & you’ll be a winner too.

I have been waiting for a refund for over 6 months now after they sent me the wrong size. Delay tactics include making me take pictures, returning the item, proving I mailed the item back, vetifomy address….ugh, one big endurance test and still no refund.
BEWARE
BEWARE! This is a shady company. Advertise 100% guarantee but it is a long process to try and get a return /refund from them. I have finally had to turn it over to my credit card company. This is NOT the normal customer service that is out there...Buy elsewhere...

This is my second review! Do not order from this company they have terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong sizes and in order for me to get a refund or the correct size I had to pay the $17 shipping fee! For a mistake that was made bye them😡
