The fabrics were great and the curtains…
The fabrics were great and the curtains themselves well made and we got the order complete the first time around. We had some issues with the installation services, and it didn’t work out, but Two pages did a very quick turnaround and quick fix and refunded the money we had paid - we ended up putting the curtains up ourselves, but it all worked out. I appreciate their customer response time very much.
Great company-High quality products
Customer support is easy to reach and very responsive to questions. I ordered Liz Linen drapes for two guest bedrooms. They arrived quickly and were beautifully made. They hang beautifully. The adjustable plastic pins included with the pleated drapes are easy to install and superior to the old metal pins. These drapes are as lovely as custom drapes I’ve ordered in the past that cost thousands more. I just ordered pleated dupioni silk drapes for my formal living and dining rooms. I called customer support and they were able to add lead weights to the bottom of the drapes-even though this is not offered on line. I do suggest ordering fabric samples before you place your order because the actual colors are very different than the screen images. I ordered the sample books and when my drapes arrived the colors were perfect!

Beautiful curtains and great customer service
We had a great experience with TWOPAGES. The Liz Linen Blend 38 Colors Booklet and online measuring tools made it much easier to choose the right curtains and sizes for our large east-facing sliding glass door. I also booked a 20-minute Zoom Measuring Consultation and they were very generous with their time, helping us confirm measurements and decide which options to order. We chose Liz Linen pinch-pleat drapes, Scandina voile pinch-pleat sheers, and the Gloria Double Traverse Curtain Rod. Everything was easy to assemble and the curtains help tremendously with the direct morning sunlight. We love the finished look! The only issue was a connector on the Gloria rod that had an incorrectly sized threaded hole, so the bracket screws would not fit. TWOPAGES quickly sent a replacement part and gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. Overall the planning support, customization, and customer service were excellent, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out.

I contacted customer support within an hour to change the length from 88 to 89 and got email response that change was made. But still got drapes at 88 inches. Also, drapes came more wrinkled than expected.

Regarding the wrinkles, custom-made drapes may develop wrinkles during packaging and shipping. These wrinkles can usually be removed with steaming or gentle ironing on an appropriate setting.
