The quality of my curtains is amazing. I would recommend cate instructions and/or steaming ironing instructions. They were wrinkled coming out of the package and by ironing them it took out the pleats that I really wanted. Color was perfect and true to the swatch.
Fast and good quality…
The curtains are of good quality fabric and well sewn. Given that, there was some variation in length. In addition, the number of rings were calculated with the online tool and was inaccurate. Thus causing me to have to order more rings with an additional shipping cost.

Quality & Price Tag Do Not Match!
While shipping did not take long, the quality of these curtains is a joke for the price tag. They are wrinkled, thin, and not truly “pleated”. I would not order from here again, because unless you add all the extras (lining, trained pleating) and pay even more, you are getting a sub-par product that is made in china.

The fabric you selected is a natural-fiber blend composed of 43% Linen and 52% Cotton, so some natural wrinkling is expected, particularly after the curtains have been folded and packaged for shipping. We recommend steaming or lightly ironing the curtains after unpacking, which can significantly improve the appearance and help the fabric settle beautifully. As for the pleated appearance, Trained Pleating is an optional service designed to help set and maintain the pleat shape. Since this option was not selected with the order, the curtains may require some steaming and manual adjustment after unpacking to achieve a more defined, structured pleated look. Sent me curtains in the wrong color
Sent me curtains in the wrong color. I ordered an ivory and they sent me stark white and then refused to accept the return because they thought the color was “close enough.” Offered me $100 to keep them or 60% return and I pay for shipping, to China. This place is a joke. Total scam. I also tried to write a review on thier page and you can’t write a negative review as they control the reviews and the negative ones disappear.

We carefully reviewed the video you provided and found the curtain fabric to be very close in color to the original fabric sample. As we previously explained, the grayish-white Room Darkening lining selected for the curtains can also influence how a light-colored fabric appears. Depending on lighting conditions, it may make the fabric look slightly cooler or less warm, and the lining may be subtly visible through lighter fabrics. We understand that color can be perceived differently depending on lighting, surroundings, and individual expectations. While the color appeared very close based on our review, we recognize that the final appearance in your space may not have been what you hoped for. Custom Luxury Bathroom Curtain with "Separate" Waterproof Liner
When I purchased the 'Custom Luxury Bathroom Curtains with Waterproof Layer," I assumed that the waterproof layer would be part of the curtain, like a lining of the drape. The curtain is very pretty, but unlined, and the waterproof layer is a separate plastic, not the best quality in my opinion. I'm disappointed in what I feel was not clear marketing. I haven't hung it yet, but will probably buy a good quality fabric liner and donate the plastic one.

We’d like to clarify that the Waterproof Layer is a separate, removable liner made of PEVA (Polyethylene Vinyl Acetate). This removable design and material are clearly stated in the product details. At the same time, we truly appreciate your feedback. We are currently working on an upgrade to our bathroom curtains, and our future design will feature the waterproof layer sewn directly into the curtain as an integrated layer. This improvement will take some time to complete, but we are actively working on it to provide a more convenient and refined product in the future.
